  If you aren’t worried about €5 for your suitcase and a back pack this place is perfect. They even offer a shower for 100k dong pp and allow you to wait in their reception for as long as you need.

  Using WhaleLo Luggage Storage in Sapa was a really convenient experience. I could explore the area comfortably without carrying heavy bags around.

  I had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Ms. Selena. She was incredibly attentive and proactive, ensuring my needs were met with care and precision. She kindly offered to keep my luggage safe and even recommended booking a ticket for the Fanxipan cable car, which turned out to be an amazing experience.   The staff actually helping us keeping our shopping bag with no charges as they cant charge for small items but still willingly to help. Very reliable and friendly. Definitely will try to keep our lugagge on our last day later.
