  I love staying in this hotel with a lovely, kind and attentive family. It's new and very clean, great food, the owner makes us tea in the morning and fire in the evening. It's a walking distance to the centre and for the price you can't find a better place around. Highly recommended!

  The house is located on a hill like 400 metres from a noise of city center. It is clean, spacious and for a good price. You can also have some meals. I had a room without windows which I like. I had a very good sleep here. The owner and his family are very friendly. I had several cups of tea with him.

  Really a lovely family home. They provide clean and well maintained rooms for a VERY affordable price, they have a laundry service and they serve good food. They have great atmosphere with all the guests. I would defenitly come back here next time i visit Sapa.

  Very nice and spacious rooms with a great location. The owners are very friendly and the rooms and linen were clean. Would come again.

  Best hotel in sapa .a family business they are very generous .also wifi around 100mbps

  We found nails everywhere (on our blanket even!) and a hair in the sink. Also we had to ask for toilet paper and soap. (Which they provided though). Also the room didn't have an AC or fan, even though it was in the photos and in the description in booking!
