  Extremely clean and quiet. As the name suggests, it is located in the center of Sapa, convenient to restaurants and shops (but not on the main road). Best of all Juliana, the manager, goes out of her way to meet her guests needs no matter how big or small and always does so with patience and a big smile. She can help organize anything you wish to do in Sapa or the surroundings. Highly recommended!

  We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is great, close to the town center but still quiet. The owners are amazing, we booked a fansipan hike tour at the reception last minute and next morning they woke up early to give us a great breakfast before we headed of! They even gave us some bananas and chips along for the hike! If we visit Sa Pa again we would come back for sure. Greetings from Switzerland

  Nice bathroom. Cleanish, so many stairs, it’s roughly $20 bucks so for that price it is reasonable. We only stayed until time to leave for the night train, 6 hrs so do not have full info.

  The rooms are not being maintained daily especially the disposal of waste. They have poor costumer services, they should have learned basic english in order to communicate with their clients not always being dependent to translator, and very poor in work ethics since the staff are not that approachable and do not even dare to share a smile or a simple greeting.

  DONT STAY HERE! The only thing good about this hotel is the location. First, the hotel looks like it’s abandoned. We booked the highest category room for 4 nights and we ended up leaving after the first night. We asked for a refund but the owner said it wasn’t possible (even after we asked the refund for only 2 nights). He is not flexible at all. Let me tell you: the room is not clean, the aircon doesn’t work properly, you can hear all the noise coming from outside because the balcony doors are broken, the bed sheets are too small for 2 people and overall everything is dirty!! We checked out without any refund and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay!

  We arrived at the hotel and went to our room where the door wasnt locked. The room smelled disgusting. My husband looked at the sheets and they smelled bad and didn’t look clean. We then checked the toilet and same thing, it smelled like a public bathroom. The shower mat was also very wet for no reason. We wrote to the manager to say the room was very dirty and smelled really bad and that we couldnt stay here and they refused to pay us back. They are scanners DO NOT GO THERE.

  Terrible experience! We arrived around midnight from a long bus ride, and when we got in the hotel, the smell from the stairs indicated that the place might not be clean. We were right. Our room smelled disgusting!! The bed sheets smelled as if they were not cleaned for 3 months. The bathroom was the same, the toilet smelled like a chemical bathroom, and the bathroom mat was soaking wet for some reason. Important to know the room was unlocked too. We notified the owner, and we left to find another accommodation. The owner refused to reimburse us and charged the full price of the stay, even while providing terrible service. Do not go to that hotel, they are SCAMMERS!

  We chose Heart of Sapa for our Sapa trip and were very satisfied with the service. The staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly.||The prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was delicious.||The hotel also assisted with booking hiking tours and allowed us to leave our luggage there.
