  I took the 1-day motorcycle tour. Lai, my tour guide was very friendly and she is very talented with taking photos and video. Make me look good! Awesome.

  Hai Yen has helped us booking our coach transfer to Hanoi. She has been great in doing this remotely via WhatsApp, accommodating changes in schedule and making sure we are picked up from the hotel on time.

  I went on a half đây tour to Hekou with them. Well organized and lovely trip . Everything was on time . Felt like they r trying their best to provide high quality service.

  Great service, good bikes, they have automatic, manuals and dirt bikes for reasonable prices. Shop in the city close to the bus stop so easy to get one upon arrival.

  We took a tour to the outlyng villages of Sapa. We had a wonderful guide who came from a village called zou.Her name was may. She was amazing and very informative of the life and cultures of the different villages.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience with the service was extremely poor. The team demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and, more concerningly, a complete absence of responsibility in handling basic guest needs. Unfortunately, this reflects very poorly on the overall service standard. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
