  Spacious rooms and very attentive, approachable staff. They always smile and greet you whenever you come in. The location is great close to many food places, a gym, and ATM machines. They also assist with motorbike rentals, which is very convenient. The WiFi is strong and reliable, especially if you’re working from home. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

  Great hotel. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. They allowed us to store our luggage at the reception even after checkout, which was very convenient. The rooms aren’t very spacious and don’t offer a view, but they are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

  We had a lovely stay at May Ho. It's a great location and the staff are lovely! The room was very clean, the shower had great pressure and hot water. Would do definitely recommend!

  We had a great stay in May Ho Hotel! We were able to check in late at night after getting off our sleeper bus. Our room was so close to Sapa town and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

  A friendly hotel down near the lake in Sapa. Neil(?) the manager was friendly, and attentive, was only there twon8ghts but return if back in Sapa, yes if possible, would give 10 out of 10 stars

  The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a soft bed after trekking around the mountains. But other than that, the room was good, very clean and quiet.

  Fantastic, clean spacious room, great facilities and a great size shower room with glass door so the whole room doesn't get wet. We had to check in ,in the middle of the night, after a problem with the hotel we had already booked. This was no problem at all, we booked only for that night but ended up extending or stay for three more nights and they gave a free room upgrade. Very helpful at reception, Google translate helped here but there was no problem at all. Situated in the middle of sapa Town easy walking distance to both sides. Really enjoyed my stay here, bit of luxury at a really affordable price.
