  We didn't stay at the Hostel, but we booked the Tour up to Fansipan with Huy. He was just awesome explained everything to us, stored our luggage during the Tour and helped us afterwards with showering and where to find an option so late in the day to wash our things. I can really recommend booking tours for trekking in the Sapa Area with the Hostel we had an awesome guide and everything was organized really good

  I had a perfect experience in this hotel. I could check in late in the night. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, speaking english well. He gave me useful advices to visit Sapa. There was also many practical services available (motorbike rental, bus tickets...), he managed all my hanoï trip for ma departure, just perfect ! An excellent adress, I'll definitely be back durinf my next trip ! See you soon 😁

  We needed a place to rest while returning from trekking and awaiting the bus to Hanoi in the evening. This location is perfect as the bus stop is very close and they immediately assisted us by getting us a room at a very affordable price. The host was really friendly, and gave good recommendations for activities while we waited. We appreciated the hospitality and would recommend anyone to stay here (even just to book a room for a shower and rest while waiting for the bus).

  We had Our homestay (best view homestay) in Ta Van with a friend of the minh hung hostel and the owner of our homestay organized that we could wait at the minh hung hostel for our night bus. The people there were extremely kind and helpful and even helped us get a bus ticket and get to the bus safely and :) thanks a lot !!

  We have an excellent stay. We stay 2 nights, room big and clean. Location excellent. And best of all the staff, the family is very nice. You are close to the bus station. You can also rent a bike from them

  Nice room, although no heating (seems that's standard here), the blankets provided are really warm. Room was clean, nice bathroom. Location is great, near bus drop off. A market, many restaurants and some shops around. The owner speaks very good English. He helped us book trekking tour for a good price. He can also rent motorbikes, helped us to book bus tickets that are not available online. Helped with any questions we had. After we checked out, he even drove us to the bus pickup point

  This was the worst stay I have been in. The location was convenient as we came off the bus, but the positivity stopped there. We arrived to no welcome, a woman checked us in without saying a word. When we got to our room it was damp, mould on the ceiling, beds were like sleeping on wood and ZERO soundproofing. We could hear anything and everything. The bathroom wasn’t clean and we’d only been given half a roll of toilet paper. There was lots of shouting in the stairwell, lots of road noise and overall had to sleep with earplugs. The worst part was at midnight while we were sleeping some kids banged loudly and continuously on our door and managed to break through the lock and walk in. We shooed them away but then had an unsettled sleep knowing the lock was not secure on the door. Safe to say we left after one night. On a positive note, the staff member who checked us out was lovely and spoke great English. A shame that it was spoiled by all the other problems.

  We didn't stay at the Hostel but we booked the Tour up to Fansipan with them and they were just awesome. Huy explained everything to us, without trying to convince us to book with him. During the Tour we could store our luggage at their office and after the Tour we even could take a shower before getting on the night bus. Our guide was really nice and she did everything we needed for us. I would definitely recommend booking with them|The room in which we showered also looked really good
