  Very kind and helpful owner! She served us with hot tea and we talked for a while. Honestly she is very eager to help customer and provide professional service. My rental scooter's battery was dead in the middle of trip and she was there to replace it on the spot. It was very praiseworthy. She was always in contact when needed! Excellent customer service with very reasonable price! Its a sure shot if you are looking for rental service in Sapa We hope to see you again soon Lucy 🐶

  This is the best motorbike rental shop in Sapa. The owner, Ms. Song, is very helpful and provides clear pricing, advice on how to use the bike, and recommendations for places to visit. We booked via WhatsApp, and the owner is very attentive and provides free drinking water and raincoats. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. and I will definitely be back.

  Great People, Top Bikes and Phenomenal Genuine Service!! Song and her family have been amazing with us, giving us advice on where to go, ponchos in case of bad weather and water for the trip. She speaks perfect English and you can see she loves what she does, always smiling and happy to help :) it was such a pleasure to rent our bikes there. If you need a bike in Sapa don't look further, text her on WhatsApp and book your bike :) Thank me later 😁

  During my trip to Sapa, I rented a motorbike from this shop and couldn’t be happier with the experience.   The owner Song is literally the nicest lady I have met in 6 weeks of travelling Vietnam. Rented a motorbike with her based on a recommendation of a friend. She has a lot of good motorbikes for a good price but how she treats her customers is what makes her so specials. She gave me water, gave me tea, and when I delivered the motorbike she again invited me in for some tea and snacks and she speaks very good English and is a fun person to hang out with! If you need a motorbike in Sapa, GO TO THIS PLACE!

  An amazing experience. I booked the trekking through this business and it was great, they took us to great spots, provided us with all the information and answered all our questions. I was able to book the day before and was very satisfied with the trek, it was doable. Now the service at this business was amazing Ms Song was incredible, a very warm and happy person , giving tea and food, she provided me with a place to store my luggage and to have a shower after the trek. This is definitely the place to book anything you want. Hospitality here is top.

  We just rented a bike from this shop and honestly had such a wonderful experience! The aunty who runs the place is super friendly, kind, and really helpful — she patiently explained everything to us and even gave us a few tips about where to go and what to look out for. You can really feel that she cares about her customers. The bike itself was in great condition — smooth to ride, clean, and well-maintained. The whole rental process was simple and fast, with no hassle at all. Prices were fair too, especially considering the quality of the service and the bikes. If you’re looking to rent a bike around here, I can’t recommend this shop enough! It’s always nice to meet genuinely nice people while traveling, and this place definitely made our day. 🚲😊
