  It was perfect ! We rent 4 vehicles and each one was in perfect conditions! To get them there is no hassle, give your ID and you can go ! Price is very good and honest. Mr Diep is very quick and respond immediatly on Whatsapp. The helmets were quite good considering the one we had during Ha Gian loop. If you ride motorcycles, take the yamaha PG-1 ! It’s so much fun and the roads outside Sapa are so fun to ride on !! Thanks Mr Diep !

  Rented a yamaha pg-1 for one 7 days. No problem to rent it 2 days nore. No need to deposit some million vnd. Id card was ok. Helped me with some strips to fasten the luggage. I highly recommand this place. Bikes are in a very good condition. Mr Diep is friendly and helpful. I'll rent a bike with him again when i come back in October.

  Mr Diep was very kind and made the whole rental process very easy. I had such a good time renting the bike definitely a highlight of my trip so far! I would definitely recommend renting motorbikes from here such an amazing experience!

  This was by far the easiest motorcycle-scooter rental experience ive ever had. Any picture id and 0 deposit and no hassle return. Extremely friendly, feels like a new friend was made not just another vendor. I suggest this service to anyone needing to zip around sapa and its outlying areas Thanks again, jim from canada

  After I saw reviews of the other rentals in Sa Pa and scams with passports I found Mr Diep. Great communication via Whatsapp before. We decided to keep our passports for hotel and gave 1mil. VND as deposit instead. Great motorbike, I could have tried it before rent. Everything worked perfectly. Mr Diep let us keep our baggage in his shop after the rental. Best service, recommend! 🙏 Definitely rent a motorbike here and explore the nature and local villages ❤️

  Very friendly and helpful owner 👌 Excellent service and communication ✌️ I rented a PG-1 and it was amazing 🔥 Semi was very confident and useful in hills, bike was comfortable on bumpy roads, in very good condition and without a single problem during my 1,500 km motorbike loop through northern Vietnam, starting and ending in Sa Pa. Highly recommended. 💯

  Mr Diep was so kind! He offered to drop the bike off at my bus stop when I arrive in Sapa, and also to take me back to the bus stop when I go back to Hanoi — all for free! The bike is in good condition, but the oil was changed quite recently. He was very responsive when I chatted to him to book three days before I came, and he also asked me the time I would arrive in Sapa so that he wouldn't miss it, and he was also very clear about the time he would pick me up again. The motorbike also has a free phone holder, which really helps with navigation in Sapa due to the crazy and confusing traffic.
