  A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location in Sapa. Excellent value for money and a very helpful host. A great breakfast. We were able to leave luggage for a day while trekking.

  Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this hotel! I arrived at 5 a.m. and the staff allowed me to check in early for a very reasonable fee. They even upgraded my room and invited me to have dinner with them. On my departure day, I had an important interview from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and they kindly let me use a room free of charge so I could attend it comfortably. They also helped organize my transfer to Ha Giang, my Ha Giang Loop tour, and my transportation to Ha Long Bay at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is good, the location is great, and scooter rental is available directly at the hotel. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

  Stayed here with a family member for 3 nights in March. We were very happy with the experience: staff were all very polite, accommodating and engaging. I'm not sure I've experienced the level of sincerity I experienced while engaging with the staff, especially as I didn't know them. They gave us recommendations on things to do while we stayed there and when we compared the prices and itinerary, their offer was best. The full day tour was amazing, we were able to pack so much in; waterfalls, mountain viewpoints, visiting rice fields and fish farms and a rural village where we enjoyed separate baths and massages! Would recommend staying here to family and friends. I found the beds comfortable and the shower pressure good. Hopeful to return sometime in the near future.

  We recently stayed for 3 nights in Sapa. Location was great very close to the centre and near good restaurants. The owner was very helpful and friendly arranging a bike rental, advice on things to do in Sapa and we also booked a day trek through the hotel which was great. The bed was abit uncomfortable but didn’t take away from the overall experience.

  The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room is well-prepared with full amenities, and the quiet space makes it very relaxing to rest. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and quick to assist guests. The hotel’s location is also convenient for traveling and dining. I am very satisfied with my experience here and would come back if I have the chance. 😊

  The hotel "Regal Sa Pa" (formerly "Snow Hotel") is a clean, budget hotel, with decent amenities, on one of Sa Pa's typical side-streets, just 2 minutes walk from the lake in the Central area. A supermarket is ½-way towards the lake. The hotel is run by a lovely couple, Liau and his wife. They have been so welcoming, friendly and helpful, that really helped us to enjoy our stay in this beautiful part of Vietnam. We enjoyed Liau's tour suggestions and also the opportunity to sit and chat in the evenings, also enjoying their family hospitality. They work hard to ensure all guests enjoy their stays and I recommend Regal Sa Pa as being on your hotel selection lists.

  The staffs are very helpful and nice. Me and my boyfriend got an upgrade to a bigger room with windows out of charge, which was incredible—thank you so much. Location is good, walkable distance to downtown and many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Breakfast was decent, came with variations of western style and local menu. The cleanliness could be improved, but comparing to the offered budget friendly price and service, it isn't bad. If we have another opportunity to visit Sapa then will consider going back here again.

  Great stay at Sapa Snow hotel - we arrived early hours of the morning and were able to easily check in. Great value for money good spacious rooms, with breakfast included in the price able to order different menus e.g omelettes etc, also fruit and coffee included, and free bottled water provided. Leo the manager was great he provided us with free room upgrade and was really helpful to organise trekking tours and booking busses etc. Very good customer experience! Fantastic location - bus station nearby and central in Sapa lots of things walking distance, also gym and good restaurant around the corner!
