Excellent location and pricing for the rooms. Services provided were best quality and we had a wonderful stay here as a couple. Reception as well as bar and restaurant always are giving us the best priority and provided us a surreal and great experience. Special thanks to Juliana for all her support and considerations to us as we stayed here. Everything organized for us and everything provided in a timely and professional manner.

The ladies are lovely, good breakfast, clean and nice size room. Location is excellent. But the beds are the most uncomfortable I have had in Vietnam. Extremely hard so I now have a bad back and did not get much sleep.

Before writing this review, I checked other people’s reviews first, and honestly, I was really surprised that this place received more than 4 stars. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room condition was terrible. The building has 5 floors with no lift, and there was no staff assistance, not even basic kindness or warm behavior. I understand there may be a language barrier, but they didn’t really show any effort to communicate, even though we tried using Google Translate and body language. The room was full of mold, and it was difficult to breathe. The bed was dirty and smelled really bad. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery and visibly unclean. On the first night, in the middle of the night, we could barely breathe because there was no window, no air conditioning, and a strong moldy smell. The next morning, we requested to change rooms, but the staff told us there were no rooms available, even though we could clearly see many empty rooms. Because of the condition, we booked another hotel. Then, when we checked out, they suddenly told us they actually had another room available. That was extremely disappointing. That one night in this hotel was miserable and unforgettable. They also did not provide any refund for the remaining days.

This homestay was great. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The room is nice. The place is clean, quiet, with nice lighting and heating. It was so affordable and the location is central. You will not be disappointed. The family is so helpful and kind. And they put me on the a very comfortable bus with a bathroom back to Ha Noi. Thank you so much Sapa Alley Homestay.

The room was big, cute, and reasonably priced, with a delicious breakfast.||Located on the most beautiful lantern street in Sapa.||They arranged for us to take a sleeper bus to Hanoi.||Thank you, Juliana, and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends.
