  We only had a short stay here on a quick stopover in Sapa as we were doing some overnight hiking. The service was amazing, they checked us in after a late arrival from our bus. Done our laundry to be ready for return from hike which we were very happy about. Chi at reception was also incredibly helpful & great with communicating, he organized our bus to hanoi & allowed us to clean up & get organized before leaving Sapa. Would reccomend staying here for sure

  Very helpful and friendy staff, free breakfast is good. Walking distance to sapa night market and very peaceful at night, location is accessible and near to sapa center and lake. Room is big and good hot n cold shower. Will recommend to my friends. Thank you for a very nice stay

  The staff were very friendly and provided good suggestions for local eats and sight seeing. The rooms was spacious and clean. However, there is no lift so take note.

  The rooms are clean, with a lot of space and private toilet. They clean every day and give you clean towel and an small water. The staff is nice and try to help you all the time. They provide an amazing laundry service, my clothes come back really clean and smelling good. They keep safe my luggage when I did the 2 days and 1 night trekking and let me take a shower before my night bus. An excellent service for a reasonable price!!

  We love this hotel because the design is purely ethnic and its walking distance if you come from the interbus sapa sleeper bus to and from hanoi just a 100-200 meter walk

  The people working here are just genuinely nice, helpful, and incredibly friendly to all guests. They even gave me some really excellent recommendations for local food options around the area. The whole place is well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout your visit. You simply cannot beat the experience of being located right in the center of the city.

  The hostel has a really fun and social atmosphere, and the location couldn't be better. Everything in Sapa is within walking distance, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

  It’s right in the center of Sapa, so I could walk everywhere without needing a taxi. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, even though the hostel is close to all the busy streets. The staff were always smiling and helped me arrange my bus after checkout, which made everything much easier.
