Five star service. Owner was so friendly. Helpful from the moment we stepped in the shop. Bike was a bit clunky but rode well and got us from A to B. Gave us free water as well. Cheapest in town! Steep road to and from the shop but they drive it up and down for you which is lovely! Cant recommend this place enough everyone should rent from here! Allowed us to leave drivers license instead of passport! Bike had no fuel but we left it full so, good karma for us!

First off....if you want a motor bike in SaPa, you should go and talk to Mr Chinh. He is a great guy, and as most other reviews say, he is friendly and honest. I wanted a bike for 1 day and selected the cheapest (80k) auto scooter. The first one he supplied broke down after just 20 mins, but that was very quickly and professionally resolved when another bike was brought to me as a replacement. Oh well, these things happen. Moral of the story...spend a bit more and get a better quality bike to be sure. Second piece of advice is to have his WhatsApp contact available in case of emergencies. He is really responsive and quickly sorts any problems. Despite a shaky start, I had a great day exploring around Sa Pa, and can recommend this activity to all.

The loveliest owner who went out of his way to make our scooter rental seamless! Even offered to drop us back after we returned the scooter to his shop. The scooter itself was sounding a little worse for wear but we did take a cheaper one so wasn’t expecting it to be amazing anyway and the other bikes in the shop looked great. Would highly recommend!

Super nice owner. Friendly, helpful and all around great guy. Nice scooters and great service!! My friend broke a mirror and it was no problem, he just had to pay for a replacement

We rented 3 motorcycles, 125, 150 and a manual 200cc. All were maintained and in good condition. Mr Chinh is super nice and helpful, we had a problem with one of the scooters (due to our bad, not the scooter) and he came to help us in the hotel in a few minutes. Deposit had been returned with no issues. Highly recommended.

I had a very disturbing experience with this scooter rental company in Sapa. From the moment we arrived, the owner was rude and aggressive. Instead of welcoming customers, he spoke to us in a hostile tone and seemed irritated by simple questions. When an issue came up with the scooter, he immediately started yelling at us rather than trying to help or find a solution. What shocked us the most were several inappropriate and discriminatory remarks that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated that way. The overall atmosphere was tense and unpleasant. Renting a scooter should be simple and stress-free, but this experience was the complete opposite. There are many other rental places in Sapa where you will be treated with basic respect. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I strongly do not recommend this scooter rental shop in Sapa. We were given a clearly defective scooter from the start: no working lights and no coolant, causing the engine to overheat after only a few minutes of riding. It is extremely dangerous and completely irresponsible to rent out a vehicle in that condition. We returned to the shop immediately to report the issue. They claimed to fix it, but barely 30 minutes later, the scooter broke down again. We had to go back a second time. Instead of apologizing, the person there started yelling at us and accusing us of being dishonest. Extremely aggressive attitude, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. Very bad experience from beginning to end. There are several other places in Sapa that are cheaper and much more reliable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Honestly didnt want to say it but yes, this was definitely the Worst bike rental ever. The guy seemed very nice at first and helped us getting the bike up etc. showed us gas station which was nice, but as soon as we left and noticed the gears weren’t working properly (which should work because it was an automatic) we told him and he said that was impossible. We used way too much fuel for just going to the lovers waterfall and back. We returned it not even 3 hours later and the guy was shouting at us that it was our fault not the bike. No money back, nothing… rented lots of bikes before and never experienced anything like this…
