  Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient and close to many attractions. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

  The nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. My partner and I had issues with an Airbnb we had booked in advance. We were desperate to find a new place to stay. We searched online and found Viet Valley, and Viet Vu (the owner) responded faster than lightning. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. For breakfast, we could choose whatever we wanted, and everything was prepared with care and love. It was absolutely delicious! The hotel is in a perfect central location, with easy access to everything. Viet Vu truly saved our trip to Sa Pa. He is one of the kindest, warmest, and most down-to-earth people we have ever met. We highly recommend booking a stay at Viet Valley if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable hotel experience. Don’t hesitate – book it! Thank you, Viet Vu! ❤️

  Before checking out of another resort in Sapa, we were looking for a place where our family, including our baby, could rest for a while before taking the train. While taking a walk around the lake, we happened to come across this hotel and decided to book it. The room was newly built, much cleaner and in better condition than the photos suggested. In Vietnam, accommodations are often overly edited in photos, but this place was actually much better in reality than in pictures. Everyone in our family agreed that if we visit Sapa again, we would definitely choose this hotel again, considering both its location and room condition. The location is perfect—just a 1–2 minute walk to the main area, with a beautiful lake view, and right next to the largest local supermarket in Sapa. Everything was simply perfect. Most of all, the young owner was incredibly helpful and proactive with anything we needed. About 30 minutes before checkout, we were informed that the driver we had pre-booked would be delayed by an hour due to traffic. Since we had a train to catch, waiting wasn’t an option. We asked the owner for help, and he immediately arranged another driver for us at a reasonable price. Thanks to him, we were able to comfortably reach the train station on time. If anyone is planning to visit Sapa, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, great room condition, and the owner’s outstanding hospitality.

  The kindest host. Welcoming us with personally hand written note. Super helpful. Upgraded our room for better view. Allowed early check in. Rented brand new scooter for amazing price. Kind service, clean comfortable rooms. Great lake view. Great new place in Sa Pa. Close to bus stop as well.

  The rooms are fully equipped with great amenities, offering a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere, while the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. A wonderful place for a trip with family and friends if you visit Sapa. Another big plus is its location near the lake and the town center, so you can enjoy relaxing walks without having to travel far. ✨
