  DON'T BOOK THE BUS WITH THIS COMPANY! We booked a direct trip from Sapa to Ha Giang in a sleeper bus that we paid 250K VDN. We ended up beibg in a mini van without aeration/ AC with NO SPACE for the legs. While it should have been a direct bus, they stopped us in Lao Cai and made us wait for hours for a very bad mini-van. They use that transport to carry other type of goods for other businesses which makes everything even more packed. Over-priced and the poorest service I had in Vietnam.

  One hour late, no WiFi in the bus, very unpleasant staff. Nobody explained to us that we had to switch buses in Lao Cai.... the meeting point was actually not the good one. I don’t recommend this bus company.
