  정말 기분 좋게 묵었던 곳. 그런데 가기전에 편의점이라던가 와이파이가 안된건가 그래서 준비는 많이하시면 좋아요

  สถานที่สวยงามเป็นโรงแรมบนยอดเขา การเดินทางไปค่อนข้างลำบาก เพราะอยู่ในช่วงทำทาง ทางแคบและไกล แต่พอไปถึงแล้วหายเหนื่อย บรรยากาศดีมากๆ วิวเปิดกว้าง 360 องศา เป็นนาขั้นบันได ที่พักเป็นบ้านคนหล่ะหลัง พอกลางคืนไฟส่องสว่างทางเดินจะมืดมาก ห้องนอนเตียงเล็กไปหน่อย ไม่เหมาะกับคนยุโรป ห้องน้ำไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ ไม่มีไวไฟ ไม่มีสัญญาณมือถือ ต้องเลือกซิมให้ถูกเจ้าไม่งั้นใช้งานไม่ได้ อาหารโอเคสไตล์ยุโรป สระว่ายน้ำสวยไฮไลต์ในการถ่ายรูป ทิวทัศน์ให้ 5 ดาว สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่ครบ บวกกับการเดินทางไปยากลำบากใช้เวลานานเลยตัดออก 1 ดาว

  The manager of the main reception next to restaurant,she never smiles. This service is less than the $20 accommodation I stayed the day before in sapa-city. The problem here is that it only seems to behave like that to Asians. I booked a shuttle bus for pick-up and take-off before I came here in advance. I reserved a bus leaving at 12 pm. Also, i have got a Cabin bus heading back to Hanoi was at 1:30 pm. ‘Topas’ wep site said that It takes about 45 minutes. This was enough time to get a bus to hanoi. If it depart on time. I arrived at the shuttle bus spot 20 minutes ago. Because I never should have been late. Maybe there were many people who made reservations, three shuttle buses came. Staff had a list and I told her three times my name to check it out. But she only told me to just wait. She began to guide only Westerners, and the first bus left with only Westerners on board. Even Westerners who haven't confirmed their reservations were included. When I could get on the shuttle bus, there were only Asians around me. Shuttle bus that i got on left 15 minutes later than schedule and took about an hour and 15 minutes. I almost missed my car. :) I managed to get a taxi Immediatly and arrived at the Cabin Bus Travel Agency to Hanoi. The most ridiculous thing was The Topas shuttle bus took a Westerner to the Cabin Bus Travel Agency to Hanoi. No one told me there was such a service. Thank you so much. :) This is not the work of the $250 resort. If you delete this review, I will actively review it again. If I had misinterpreted something, your service makes me feel that way. Please improve the attitude of the manager and staff. One star is because of the Nice View and the swimming pool.

  Staff does not care the customer, not even greeting when we walk-in
