  We had a wonderful stay at this place and we can only recommend it! We stayed for over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It’s very spacious, clean, brand new and well equipped with laundry, kitchen utensils and everything that you would need for a (long term) stay in Sa Pa. Even cleaning was included. The location is great, only a walk or a short scooter ride into the city centre, but in a quieter area just outside of Sa Pa centre. The caretaker Trần Hải Linh was always available and very reliable whenever we needed something such as renting a scooter or anything else. Thank you so much for making our time in Sa Pa perfect! We hope we can visit again.

  Fantastic accommodation! The apartment was spacious, clean and modern, with everything you could possibly need. There's also a little shop next to reception for snacks, water etc. We had such a comfortable stay, it felt like a home from home. The hotel manager arranged a late check in around midnight for us (contact via WhatsApp), and he went above and beyond helping us, making a phone call when we needed to contact a local train company. Don't hesitate to stay here!

  Had an amazing stay in Sapa! The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was super easy and hassle-free. The location is perfect, close to most of the tourist attractions, which made exploring Sapa very convenient. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and always available whenever we needed anything. This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in Sapa, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

  I spent a couple of weeks here, and everything was perfect! Brand new modern, cozy and well equiped apartment. Quiet by night. Linh is amazing host, kind and professional, always available if you need something. All reccomendations for this place!

  Mr Linh is a very humble, cheerful and happy man. He welcomed us personally and helped us to keep our luggage for two days when we had to go to Hanoi. His apartment is very tastefully done. He was always available on WhatsApp catering to our requests at all times. He speaks English which was a big help in Sapa.The apartment is fully furnished and has all the kitchen appliances. The only problem I faced was another apartment block blocking the scenic views of the mountains and greenery from the Balcony . Which he had a solution that he showed me another apartment with good views which solved my problems 😀. Smile homes is a must visit and value for money apartments for long stays during our summer months in India.Next year we will come to smile homes for 1 month…

  I had a wonderful stay at this SMILE HOUSE ! The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and spotlessly clean. The house owner was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful throughout my stay. The building itself is modern, new, and beautifully designed. I’m truly satisfied with everything, and if I ever come back to Sapa, I will definitely book this room again

  Linh was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. He kindly allowed us to check in early and provided clear instructions, making the arrival hassle-free. He also arranged a good 125cc motorcycle for 150,000 VND per day, which seemed to be the standard rate in the area. The room was clean and well maintained. A few toiletries and a bathroom floor mat were initially missing, but after I informed Linh, he responded immediately and had everything set up right away. The room only had air conditioning and no fan, which wasn’t an issue given the cool climate. However, keeping the window open let a few insects in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d happily recommend this place.

  Nice and care host, clean 2 bedroom apartment with stunning view to Ham rong mountain. Kitchen with everything ready. Excellent for a relaxing holiday in Sapa
