  We had the best 3 days with Mumma Sung, La, and the rest of their family! Beautiful scenery while trekking, good English to explain their culture, and such heart warming food and homely experience in their village. Incredible value for money for a truly unique experience. It’s definitely worth booking directly with Sung on her WhatsApp (we found it on her Instagram page) rather than through a big company. Thank you Sung, La, and your family!!

  If you are looking for an authentic trekking and homestay experience in SaPa then I would 100% recommend this. The family are wonderful and know SaPa very well, and we learnt so many facts about the area during our 3D2N trek. The homestay is comfortable and dinner was delicious, everything grown on their own land, prepared wonderfully and shared together each evening. You will see the real SaPa rather than the touristy side of it, please support this wonderful family. Thank you guys for everything 🩷

  We just finished an amazing 3 day, 2 night trekking tour in Sapa and can’t recommend our guide, Zey, enough! He went above and beyond to make sure our group of four had an unforgettable experience. Each day we walked around 12km through stunning scenery; rice terraces, quiet mountain paths, and traditional villages. Zey shared fascinating local insights and made the whole experience feel fun, relaxed, and personal. We stayed at his family’s homestay, which was warm, welcoming, and a true highlight of the trip. Sharing meals and stories around the table made us feel like part of the community. The food was delicious and plentiful every day, real home-cooked Vietnamese meals that kept us fuelled and happy. And the best moment? Zey’s impromptu performance of Despacito and My Heart Will Go On, played on a leaf! Totally unexpected and absolutely unforgettable. If you’re heading to Sapa, book with Zey. You won’t just get a guide, you’ll gain a friend and memories that’ll stay with you forever.

  My partner and I had a wonderful time with Mama Sung! We trekked through villages and saw so many beautiful landscapes. The family was welcoming and kind, yummy home cooked meals, and comfortable sleep. We highly recommend!

  Beautiful experience! Recommend to everyone, Mamma Sung was an exceptional tour guide and chef. She looked after us since we arrived in Sapa. Her family made us feel very welcome and shared everything with us. Loved It ❤️

  Beautiful place with beautiful people! Outside of crazy Sapa, where you can still experience local living. Also the best food we've eaten during our 4 weeks Vietnam travel! Best decision to spend time with this lovely family, that really welcomes you in their home.

  Had a lovely stay with Sa, trekking around her beautiful village for 2 days. Our room had a great view over the rice paddies, we were fed well, and we learnt a lot about the local culture.

  Trekking with Sah was an amazing experience. Got to see such beautiful landscapes while learning about local life. At the homestay, we met her family and had the most wonderful night eating and talking with lots of laughs.
