The restaurant has a classy ambiance making it an ideal place for a quiet dinner. The open kitchen and its fusion food are unique in Sapa. Must order the duck breast and prawn bisque.

This is THE place you must visit at least once if you’re in SaPa. The attention to detail and freshness of the dishes is amazing. I had the roasted duck and my wife had the salmon. Both were absolutely amazing, as was the cheesecake dessert. I wish we would have found this gem earlier in our trip because we would have loved to tried several other dishes that were on the menu.

If we had found this place earlier we would have eaten here mulitple times. Next level cuisine. Everyrhing was top notch. If you are vegeterian and cant eat mushrooms you might struggle. Also the deserts are stunning but mildly sweet.

Honestly, no other restaurant came close to this one. We ate here twice and both times were fabulous. Each dish is better than the other. Also, we had such a lovely server who spoke decent English and was so helpful.

This is a family run, excellent restaurant. They claim to serve a Vietnamese food with an European twist and they deliver. They take the Vietnamese cousins and make it exceptional in comparison to other places we have visited. Everything is well though through. Beautiful served and absolutely delicious 🤤!!! It is a great please for a romantic dinner ! They have an open, super clean kitsches, it was warm although it was January. Salom was excellent but the egg pasta is something you won’t find anywhere else. Drinks were fancy - Gin&tonic with smoked rosemary. And the craft beer… oh wow it was the best beer we had in Vietnam. Reach in flavor with distinctive bitterness (but not too much) oh I loved it

The food was good and we really enjoyed the watercress soup, roast pork with bbq bamboo rice and the salmon which you can taste its freshness. The stirred fired vegetables was also very tasty and reminded us of home!

Decided on this restaurant for our last night in Sapa. It was the best decision. ChuSu kitchen food is different from the rest of the restaurants in Sapa, serving Vietnamese food with modern cooking. The open kitchen was cool! I ordered the grilled duck breast and it was very well done. Perfect with a glass of red wine. The shrimp bisque soup was intense and flavorful. I truly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Sapa!

I really wanted to like this restaurant. It came highly recommended and we even booked for the evening. It looked amazing and had a lovely vibe. However our breakfast was a disappointment. My wife's omelette arrived with some anemic toast and no garnish. Compared to other restaurants, it liked unloved. Despite no other guests, my omelette arrived some five minutes later. Poor presentation and over priced. Sorry. Didn't return.
