Found this place online. We went there for the first time ordered beef & chicken pho and spring roll. The spring roll is so good. We went for the second time again before we head back to Hanoi. It was cold, so we order salmon hotpot and take away bahn mi. Personally i like their spring roll and bahn mi. The hosts are really friendly.

At first, it was quite hard to find the restaurant after getting off the taxi, so you’ll need to look carefully for the entrance. The restaurant has two floors, but I personally prefer sitting on the ground floor as it feels more comfortable. Every dish we ordered was delicious — well-prepared and full of flavor. Hoang, who served us, was excellent — very attentive and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. After our meal, when we were paying, we were pleasantly surprised to receive small souvenirs symbolizing good luck, along with a cute keychain. They also served tea at the end of the meal, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a restaurant that pays attention to the little details and offers more than just good food. Definitely a place worth trying! The cat is so cute and toilet is upstairs the food scan to order and here have WiFi

We've never eaten at a restaurant like this before, and we'll probably never find one like this again. If you enter via the side entrance, there's a sign letting you know you're in the right place. But if you enter through the much larger and lower entrance, you'll have some questions to ask like we did. Luckily, everybody we met here was friendly, and the young lady (Nguyen?) led us up a few small flights of stairs to a large and fun looking dining area. She showed us that we order with our phones by scanning the QR code. Other than a small request we added, everything worked just fine. And they accept credit card. We ordered vegan pho, banh mi with egg, and an omelet. Prices are reasonable. Service was quick. Food was good. And the young lady offered us our choice of locally made bracelets to take home for free as a souvenir, a lovely touch. We recommend this restaurant, and we'd be happy to return.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredible—everything tasted so fresh, flavorful, and authentic. You can really tell care goes into every dish. The service was just as amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere made it even better, cozy and relaxed with such a great local vibe. And honestly… the cat stole the show. Such a cute little bonus that made the whole experience unforgettable. Would 100% come back!

We had a lovely experience overall. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the service was prompt throughout. The chicken pho was absolutely outstanding — definitely a must-try! The fried rice and pork ribs were decent, though we personally would have preferred less vegetables in the rice (I think something that could easily be adjusted if requested). The ordering and payment process at the table was smooth and convenient. The restaurant also runs cooking classes in the indoor seating area, which can get a little noisy at times due to the chopping sounds and the chef's instructions — but the outdoor seating provides a more relaxed alternative. Overall, a good spot with delicious pho and friendly service. Would happily return!

Great food. Nice service. Although food waiting time is a bit longer despite we are the only customer, but all the food came out together, almost like fine dining style. I think is worth the wait. The cat waits in till we finished our lunch before coming to greet, very professional front of the house. So far in my 3 days here, this is the best restaurant I went.

Uua, that's a generous portion of Pho soup, and not only filled with water but actual ingredients to the top - for 89k VND. Great taste, quality ingredients, nice service. I like the QR option where you can do everything remotely - awesome idea! Hopefully the hot flavourful soup will cure my sore throat 😁

I found this local spot on Google near my hotel in Sapa. I ordered phở and a few other dishes and the food was good. The menu has many options, so you won’t get bored. Prices were affordable. The only downside was the lighting was a bit dim at night and we had to wait longer since only a few staff were handling both dine in and delivery. Overall still a good local place to try.
