We were pleasantly surprised by the young lady's attentiveness. When she noticed one of our friends had a medicine tablet on the table, she immediately brought a glass of water without us asking. Such a small act, but it showed genuine care and consideration. Truly excellent service that made the dining experience feel warm and thoughtful.

We discovered this gem right in the heart of SAPA, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The scrumptious food was the star of the show—every dish was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and beautifully presented. We tried their Chicken curry in coconut along with Grilled chicken with Mushroom in creamy sauce. Both the dishes were amazing. What truly sets this place apart is the cozy ambiance; the warm lighting and inviting decor create such a relaxed, intimate vibe that makes you want to stay all night. To top it off, the service was excellent—the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcoming without being intrusive. They also gave a small souvenir, which was super sweet. If you're looking for a pocket friendly and tasty food spot in Sapa or just a high-quality meal in a perfect location, this is a must-visit.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling in Sapa by myself. The staff was very accommodating and made sure I felt welcomed. The food tasted amazing I actually felt full upon leaving. He also gave me a small keychain as a souvenir. It was overall a great experience!

Fabulous food, we had sweet & sour pork & honey chicken. Great French bottle of wine. Overall a great experience. Owner is a lovely guy.

Came here as a group of 8 and couldn’t have picked better. The food was spot on — the hot pot was a standout (perfect for sharing), and the egg fried rice did exactly what it needed to do… no crumbs left behind. Service was smooth even with a big group, and everything came out quickly and fresh. Left full and happy.

Cheap and Cheerful We had some fried vegetables and beef noodles. All very tasty. Nice pleasant waitress. Simple nice place. Loads of room upstairs but we sat on the ground floor. Would recommend for a good, quick, well made meal.

Despedida Dinner before returning to Hanoi. We were tired from the Fansipan Adventure earlier and wanted dinner but just near our hotel. Around the bend we found this restaurant that we noticed was popular for dinner in the last few nights. So The Old Town Restaurant was set. We were greeted with warm hospitality and was ushered to a cozy corner table. I liked that they had cloth napkins embroidered with their name and logo. The male server was in formal black and while uniform. Both observations hinted to above average dining service. The extensive menu offered European/western selections in competitive prices. We order the Sizzling Duck Breast with Honey+rice on the side..it came out juicy with filling portion size. A dash of Tabasco tempered the honey sauce. Recommended. Will come back when in Sapa.
