  It was wonderful to wake up in the morning, stand on our balcony, and see the fog blanketing the valley behind the hotel. If only for that, this place would be worth it. But we could also see the monorail train on its way to and from the Cable Car station to Fansipan. And we could also hear the roosters each morning as well. It was an idyllic location for our stay in Sapa. Make sure to book the mountain view room. The hotel is also well located, as it was a short walk uphill to a good restaurant, and downhill to several coffee spots and spas, including our favorite Ruby Spa. It is also an easy walk to the Sapa train station building, and lots of restaurants, and the Sapa Lake in the downtown area. And we caught an inexpensive Grab ride back up the hill to our hotel each time. The staff at A25 is outstanding. The front desk folks speak good English, and they helped us sort a few logistical issues during our stay. They are also very friendly, as is the young doorman, who was the James Brown of this hotel (the hardest working man in show business). Overall, we had a great 5 days in Sapa, and our stay at A25 was a big part of that. We would gladly return here.

  Last minutes booking , but turn out its a nice place tp stay. And we get upgraded to the room with balcony view. Clean and all amenities is so complete. And staff also welcome. Even not so good in apeaking english

  Great service, the staff were very cordial, helpful and always ready to assist. The rooms were very well appointed, towels are replaced regularly and consistently. Hotel location is also excellent, almost all of the destinations are near! Breakfast Buffet was also great. Front desk, Maph was very kind and effecient and so are the rest of tje A25 Sa Pa Team members! Thank you very much for making our stay, really fantastic. Rm 506

  The best stay while I was in Vietnam. Did not know they are a hotel chain otherwise would have booked this hotel only everywhere in vietnam. Staff is so helping. They arranged bus ticket for me and even arranged pick up from hotel to bus stop. Room was clean with an amazing balcony view and in my budget. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, face wash and other toiletries which I did not find in my other stays. The room even had a good tv with netflix and other ott apps. I had a great stay there. Best stay for girls I would say.

  Very good service and friendly staffs who help us through our stay in Sapa. We really enjoyed the stay that’s why we even came back and stayed there for another two nights. The front deck is also very helpful with every information we asked. 100% recommend to this hote

  This hotel is located in the center of Sapa, it is located on the hill. The service was excellent, they offer a welcome complimentary fruit plate, and complimentary feet soaking bath if you walk a lot, the bellman was helping me carry my luggages to the room and to my car when we leave their hotel. The hotel was clean, AC was working great. They also offer free safe deposit box to store your passports and valuable stuffs. If you are on a budget travel, this is the place. It is closed to eateries and small convenient stores run by the locals. You can buy snacks, water, or milk for your kids. There are plenty of massage services located on this same street. This hotel is near Pistachio hotel, the famous hotel in Sapa. The receptionist is great, she is always ask me if I need help duringy stay. I will visit here again if I come to Sapa.

  The hotel was perfect, we even upgraded our room to one with a view (paid the difference) and it was more than perfect, plus there was no noise at all.Our stay was flawless, and we've even booked with the same A25 hotel series several times because of the great service and cleanliness. The front desk lady was super helpful and supportive,And we also tried the breakfast which was amazing for the price (limited options but way better than what we could find for breakfast along SAPA).The location was perfect but not directly in the center, and the street was really steep to walk, but we rented a bike so it wasn't an issue for us.

  Nice place to stay, clean, good location, check in personal very profesional, good comfortable bed, lots of room, fridge with snack, reasonable prices, hot water, good water pressure, nice garden view in elevator, good cleaning staff, coffee and tea and water and kettle in room, bathroom supplies good quality, room well maintained, overall good value, breakfast was okay, buffet breakfast is normally not the greatest we find, we like staying at this hotel.
