I arrived by bicycle to the hotel, and even though the host first suggested I parked it outside, he was fine with accommodating my request and letting me have it indoors for the night. We put it in the corridor on my floor. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Some things look like they could do with some maintenance but generally, it’s a very pleasant hotel in the centre of Sa Pa. The ground floor has a massage room which was a little confusing upon arrival! The rooms have a kettle as well as some water and instant coffee. Wifi worked well. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting the area.

Despite arriving late, the owner was waiting for us and was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. He helped us with all our questions and offered us various excursion options upon arrival. He also took the time to explain the room and even gave us the choice between one facing the street and another quieter one to ensure a good night’s rest. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed— a wardrobe, TV, heating, and air conditioning. It seemed like a very peaceful place, especially if you choose an interior room. Everything was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.✨

Fantastic hotel! Great location!!! What sets it apart is the hotel manager Eric! He is extremely helpful and friendly. Checking in with me on my journey from Hanoi to Sapa, and welcoming me, showing me the functions of my room to settle me in! Always there for anything you need, laundry services, tours, etc. Room and bathroom is big, beds are big and comfy! Would book here again! You won’t regret this hotel! Thank you Eric!!

I’ve stayed at Central Sapa March Hotel three times, and every stay has been very comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and affordable, which is exactly what I look for when traveling on a budget. The hotel uses self check-in, but the reception is very responsive. Whenever I needed anything, I just contacted them via WhatsApp, and they replied quickly and helpfully. I personally really like this place. It’s especially perfect for budget travelers who don’t want to stay in a dorm. If you prefer a private room at a reasonable price, this hotel is a great option.

This was a great stay! The host is super nice and friendly and speaks good English. We arrived late in the evening and he send out very clear instructions on how to get in. The morning after he gave us a few recommendations and we had the best time in Sapa. The rooms are exactly as the pictures showed and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is located right in the center so there’s a lot of great foodspots close and lots of things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for the night, arriving around 9:30. Entrance is via a massage parlour, room had everything you need. Amazing hot shower with good pressure 👍🏼. Good WiFi. Provide shower cap, toothbrush, etc. water, tea, kettle available together with tv (we did not use).Beds a bit hard. Our room looked out onto the stairwell. If you sleep with window open you hear noises from massage parlour/reception, so rather use aircon. Fairly basic but clean. You can hear voices and bathroom toilet/shower noise from neighbours. You need a new bulb on bedside light, it’s barely giving any light.

Clean and good value for money. Ideal for budget conscious travellers. Clean bedding, fresh towels, water, kettle, tv, aircon. Entrance to hotel is via the massage parlour. Bed mattresses are very hard/firm keep that in mind if you have back issues.
