I stayed 4 nights at Charm Hill Sapa Hotel during my Vietnam tour, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located just before the main town, making it a quiet and peaceful place — away from the traffic and noise but still close enough to reach everything easily. We rented a bike directly from the hotel, which made it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was spacious, very clean every day, and had a beautiful mountain view that made every morning special. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa — perfect for those who prefer peace, comfort, and a beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay at charm hill hotel. The hotel is new and the rooms are gorgeous. It’s in a walkable location to central Sapa and also a quick taxi drive away. The staff are lovely and the rooms have robes, gorgeous bathroom, light up mirror, Mountain View, mini bar with snacks and drinks too! The bed is also so comfy!

Beautiful large rooms they serve breakfast in bed at 8:00. The lobby smells a little like smoke but the rest of the hotels does not so don’t let that throw you off.

thankyou for the kindness because i woke u up early morning. i arrived at sapa around 4am and directly went to hotel. i call by whatsapp and picked up really quick. she allowed me for early check in and pay with reasonable price (include breakfast). the room was wide, like in 5star hotel, also the bathroom. this hotel uses android TV. the shower has hot water (really hot) and complete amenities. the scenery from room was amazing. i enjoyed so much the breakfast. the noodle, sausage, and especially Vietnam Coffee really nice. i apology because everyday me and my friend took 3-4 glass the vietnam coffee 🙏🏻😂 (and for me vietnam coffee at this hotel still the best in Sapa and Hanoi) thankyou for the kindness and for sure we will come back to stay at this hotel

I stayed here during my stay in Sapa. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and I was given a free room upgrade. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip, and we were so pleased with the size of the room and bathroom at first. The reception area constantly stinks of smoke and this continued into our room. Through the bathroom fan and seemingly the walls of our room, it smelled like someone was sat in there smoking. It was hard to sleep it smelled so strongly of smoke. Also the hot water in the shower ran out after only one of us showered. There was no signs to suggest a limit or time before the hot water would run out. The reception never had anyone on the desk but someone usually came after ringing the bell. About a 20 minute walk into the main part of Sapa.

TL:DR: Tried to put us in a worse room on arrival, barged into our room without knocking, terrible food, they will lock you outside at night and they cancelled our ride with the bus company. Pros: The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the heat pump was warm. Cons: We booked a twin room because it was the room that had a bathtub. Upon checking in the host tried to put us in a double room (this room costs less and it has no bathtub). I refused and she put us in the room we originally booked. Turns out, the bathtub is not plumbed in. You have to fill it with the shower wand. The hot water only lasts long enough to fill it about 1/3 full. It's made out of wood, has no insulation properties and goes cold very quickly. Also it drains onto the floor and floods the entire bathroom. There was no shower gel in the bottle to wash with either. At 5:30 one night we had someone come into our room unannounced. No knocking, despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. A woman just swiped a key card and walked straight in (this wasn't a guest this was someone who works there). The food was inedible and the restaurant doesn't really exist. There was a physical location for it and it was set up, but no one was there any time I went there. Same applies for the bar. There is no set breakfast time, or explanation of how/when it's served. I went downstairs at 2230 on our second night and the doors were physically locked from the inside (luckily we weren't out in town that night). Also the 24/7 reception is a lie. The worst thing was check out day. She refused to break a 500, not a big deal but annoying. The final straw was we were booked to go to Hanoi on the bus that included a hotel pick up by the bus company. When the driver called to say they were coming SHE CANCELLED OUR PICK UP! Told the bus company that we would get a taxi to the office, when in reality we were waiting outside for our ride. We had to call them and sort out a new ride for 45 minutes later. This is a new hotel and there are teething issues but that was absolutely ridiculous.

We stayed for 1 nite here when we were visiting Sapa. The hotel looks quite new. It’s not a big hotel but the room is very spacious and clean. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and we had good sleep. Please note however, this hotel is not located in the main areas of Sapa. You will need transportation to travel around.
