  The place is really like a home you can do as in what in your home have. You can cook. Tea juices even medicine available. You can stand by in the couch lounge. And staff are all kind and sweet honest. You can watch the train goes by Tru your Window. A beautiful view of mountain. I'll come back and I'll refer it to my friends where to stay Price is affordable. Walking distance to park and station market, lake and spa. Security and safety is guaranteed so good.

  Stayed in D Home Sapa for 4 days and have a good experience. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom very spacious, there were fresh towels and basic toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they answered all my questions politely. Overall, a nice and affordable place to stay. We would stay here again.

  Truly a home a way from home. Hassle and stress free. D home homestay is very convenient and affordable to solo, couple or even family group. Walking distance to tourists spot and a safe place. Will definitely recommend the homestay with my family and friends back in the Philippines🥰. If time permits, we will go back here♥️.

  it is more than satisfying to stay, looking on the price you spent. overall a good room, nice effort to stay relevant with current hotel's outlet. the working lady who works there is very helpful. enjoy the rooftop too! it definetely the gem of this place

  Nice rooms, strategic locations, clean and decent with shared facilities like kitchen and lobby which is very cozy. I like that we can have rest at the lobby before check in at later time because we arrived early morning from hanoi with sleeper bus. Overall, great choice and will be coming here again.

  I would have to say that for the price and location, it's totally worth staying here. Our room is the family room. We don't have a view but it was really spacious and clean. The staff is really helpful and replies to all our queries. The place is really quiet and very close to Sapa center and Sun Plaza. I just wish the mattress is more comfortable and pillow more fluffy. But overall I will stay here again.

  The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are not. Unkempt, broken rooms, wetook family room the door was flimsy, the room is two floors below the lobby, and had no view, the hotel conveniently forgot to inform us of the construction work going on and that our windows will be blocked by cement wall cutting off airflow and light into the room. It was like staying in an underground hole.

  Do not attempt to book here. My room was dirty and moldy. The towels had obvious stain and hair. The room smelled so bad I had to leave the next day even if I booked it for 3 nights. Felt sick and nauseous during my stay. Terrible! I forgot to take photos because all I can think about is finding a good place to stay the next day.
