  My favourite stay in Vietnam so far. The hotel was perfect. Really clean, comfortable rooms. Heaters and electric blankets as it can get cold in Sapa. Perfect location and the owners/staff were wonderful. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back!

  Our stay at Himalaya Hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent and the hotel is kept very clean. The owner and his family are incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Since we arrived early in the morning on the sleeper bus, they were kind enough to provide us with a room so we could rest before the official check-in time, which we truly appreciated. We were so satisfied with our stay that we even decided to add an extra night! We also used the hotel's services: the laundry came back clean and smelling fresh, and the motorbike we rented from them was in great condition and offered at a very fair price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

  The BEST accommodation in Vietnam! The owners were so very kind and helpful. They lent us scooters, cooked us breakfast (the best pancakes) and gave us a farewell gift😍 They gave us a room early so we could put our things there and left us a room for a later checkout. BIG THANK YOU!😍

  Absolutely fantastic value for money! The room was large and spacious, with a super king bed and really lovely crisp linen. The shower was great with plenty of hot water, which was very welcome. The team were incredibly welcoming, and the price even included a really fantastic breakfast. The location is ideal — right in the centre of town and easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see in Sapa. The host was absolutely delightful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

  Really lovely hotel, in an excellent location. Breakfast is also very nice. We booked our bus to cat ba through the hotel and unfortunately had a bad experience with multiple transfers to public transport and having to get the ferry ourselves, when we should have had a sleeper bus the entire way. However this was the bus company, not the hotels fault & the hotel managed to sort out transport to our accommodation from the ferry and refunded us half of our money. Service from the hotel was extremely good during our stay also.

  Rooms are good, service is good, and breakfast is also good. The couple welcomed us very warmly. It is worth the money, and I highly recommend it.

  I arrived in Sapa on January 13th and it was cold and they didn't have hot water for the shower and the heating wasn't working, in fact they don't have heating, they only have air conditioning which they set to 30 degrees, but it's not enough to heat that room which has no insulation and is very cold, I had to go to another hotel, I couldn't stay. Greedy owner , the energy bills in Vietnam are the cheapest in Asia

  Conveniently located hostel with very friendly lady on the front desk, good breakfast. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our bags for the day until check in, which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.
