  This was a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for three nights and ended up extending for an extra night! The beds were comfy, and we loved the mattress heater, the shower was always hot, and the small amenities like the hot kettle and soaps and tooth brushes were a great touch! Claire at the front desk was so kind and helpful! She always had a smile on her face and was a huge help with booking our bus ticket to HaLong. We would highly recommend staying here!

  This hotel was very nice! We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is very friendly! We could even check in a few hours early:) The room itself was also really comfortable, the bed even had a electric blanket which was so nice after a cold day in Sapa. Thank you for the good service ❤️

  Super convenient hotel for our arrival in SaPa by night. The staff has been really helpful and very good communication. Good and comfy room. There was even a heated blanket! They also helped us a lot with motorbike rental. We definitely recommend this place !

  We just finished our stay in Sapa July house and the staff have been nothing but helpful the whole time. We extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much. As we left I was told we left our charger and I told him don’t worry as we were just about to leave but he caught up to the bus and gave it us! So kind and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to everyone

  Homie Stay, Great Location, and Value for Money in Sapa 💕💰 July House truly feels like a home away from home. My husband and I stayed for 3D2N, and even though we arrived early at 6:00 AM, the receptionist, Claire (Trinh), warmly welcomed us and allowed us to use their shower to freshen up—such a thoughtful and kind gesture. The room was small but cozy and perfect for a couple. The bed with a warmer was especially comforting in the cold Sapa weather, and the bathroom was very clean. The location is convenient, with a nearby affordable store where you can easily buy daily essentials and snacks. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in Sapa with no frills but genuine hospitality, July House is a great choice. Warm, comfortable, and worth it. 😊

  I had a really nice stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean. The location is also perfect, walking distance to the centre of Sapa and it is not too noisy at night.

  Hello!I stayed for 2 nights, 3rd floor, Windows facing the street, it was very noisy. the room is old, but relatively clean. It was cold, but they have a heater on the mattress.The guys at the reception were very nice and helped me get tickets to Fansipan and Hanoi.

  Everything spotlessly clean in the room. Great location, and great staff. Super friendly people. Mr Eric, the hotel owner is a local man and has knowledge on all the surrounding areas. |Furthermore, on my last day, I had a mix up with booking my return travel to Hanoi. Mr Eric immediately dropped everything and not only drove me to the bus station, but went into the office and sorted my tickets out for me. Great guy. Very considerate.
