Excellent homestay for our holidays in Sapa. Every night they light a fire it was clearly welcoming and we loved it. Family friendly (just maybe you want to mind the stairs for young children) the garden and place is really well maintained and the staff is on point. Breakfast is basic but with the view and the smile of the staff it is exactly what we need. Thank you for your hospitality!!

My Wife and i spent 2 nights here, but service started from well before we arrived. Vision was making sure everything was okay all the way through our travels before and during. Our rooms were large, could fit 4 people and 2 kids easily, they were very clean and had plenty of privacy if need be. Lots of sunlight and fresh air flowing through. There were some small issues with alot of stuff on the menu not in stock but for how hard these guys work at the price you pay we cant even think to complain. Cheap grab to town plenty of parking for your own vehicle, free breakfast every morning and plenty of smiles. The dinner service options were quite expensive compared to other places around but when you see the size of the meals and way its presented it makes so much sense. The options to get food sent via grab is a cheaper option for those who dont want to go into town. I think the peace and beautiful farm surrounds away from the town is worth the small cost of transport. They even took my washing and got it dry cleaned for 40k ($1.5 USD) per kg. Amazing place we absolutely loved it.

Perfect and lovely homestay in Sapa! Vision and Ming are the best hosts! Surrounded by nature, tranquil music and the coffee is special! Had the best 4 days there!

Room with a great view of mountains and flower (rose) garden. The scenery is top of the top. Due to being in high area, it is quite far from convenient store and restaurant. We used Grab for ordering food and transportation to the Sapa center (stone church and railway station). Price is very affordable. Laundry is also available. Breakfast is pretty basic but good, same every morning. The food service could have been improved since they can't do single order food. Had to order for 2 as the minimum.

A good homestay for the price, but next time I’d choose a place closer to the city center. Pros: — Heated mattress and good ventilation. The house was warm and fairly cozy. — In early September, there was no unpleasant smell or mold. — A good option for couples looking for privacy and a stay in a small house away from the city. — You can ask them to do laundry — they do a good job. Cons: — The main downside is the location. It’s a 15-minute walk to the center, uphill, and it’s dark at night on the way back. — The walls are thin — you can hear the neighbors quite clearly. — There are windows on both sides, but don’t expect any wow-effect mountain views. It’s just nice, nothing more. — The only staff member I interacted with didn’t speak English. We communicated through a translator app, but it was very slow. — Breakfast was basic and not tasty — an omelet, a Vietnamese sausage, and some fruit. On the second day, I went up into town to have breakfast elsewhere. — I stayed there for 6 nights, and during that time, there was no cleaning at all.

We were forced us to cancel. Booked months ago, because of lunar new year, but they admitted to reselling the room at "full rate" so if we turned up there would be no room. As it's TET it's now hard to find anywhere nice or near the same rate. They don't care about anything but money.

Stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time. Although the temperature was cold the heated blankets provided were good for keeping warm. 10 minute walk from Sapa centre was handy. Free breakfast, fair pricing and very cute dogs were a bonus!

Booked months prior and they admitted they resold the room at a higher price. It was then too late to find decent accommodation at a similar price. I wasted time looking for places while on holiday. Not a one off if you read Google reviews.
