  Our time at Maison de Sapa was absolutely incredible, largely thanks to Moon and Tina. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went completely out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our trip special. The property itself is lovely, but it’s Moon and Tina’s genuine care that makes this place a gem. We can’t recommend Maison de Sapa enough and will definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapa. The service was excellent, especially from Tina Ha Thi, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of my stay was joining a game organized for the guests; it was a lot of fun and a great way to meet other travelers. The room was clean l, the bed was comfy, and the location was not far for exploring Sapa center. Overall, it was a great experience.

  I stayed at Maison de Sapa a few weeks ago but had to come and write a review because I had such a lovely time! the room was really cozy and well decorated, had everything I needed after trekking, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating with helping to book extra travel and laundry. Tina at the front desk was especially great! Will definitely be staying here if/when I come back to Sapa

  We had such a lovely stay in Sapa, and a lot of credit goes to Nhú & Moon, who made everything smooth and comfortable right from the start 🌸. They helped us with an easy check-in as soon as we arrived, and throughout our stay they were always there whenever we needed any assistance. Room & Service: 🛏️ The room was cozy and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh. They also offer laundry service at just 40k VND per kg of clothes, which was super convenient. And this might sound funny, but I absolutely loved the bath and handwash products they had in the room—they smelled so amazing 😂☺️. Small touches like this really add to the overall experience. Support & Help: 🌟 Nhú also helped us connect with Sapanapro to get details about the herbal bath 🛁 and also arranged a full-day cab for us 🚖, which made our sightseeing so much easier. Breakfast: 🍽️ The breakfast was another highlight of our stay! We tried Pho 🍜, Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) 🥖, garlic bread 🥯, and waffles 🧇. Every single dish was delicious and freshly made—we truly enjoyed every bite. They also offer tea, sliced mooncake(depends on availability) and fruits (mostly bananas) which are placed in the common area. Water bottle refills available in common area. Overall, our stay here was wonderful. Comfortable rooms, amazing service, delicious food, and the warm hospitality by Moon & Nhú made it memorable. Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Sapa! 🌿 Thanks to Moon & Nhú for everything ☺️🫰🏻🙏🏻

  my partner and i enjoyed the homestay alot! moon was very approachable and hospitable with all of our requests (helping us to look after our luggages)/ giving good food recommendations. to top it all, the complimentary breakfast tasted very nice. we have also thoroughly enjoyed the pool table :) location is ~10 mins from the city centre but it is still generally close by and nice area to be in!

  The place is very homey. Big sized rooms and comfortable. Short walk to Sapa station. Filtered water available to refill your water bottles. Amenities in the room were good. I also liked the tea provided to guest. The staff were great and very nice. Big shout out to Moon who was very helpful to assist with activities, food & questions about Sapa.

  We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Maison de Sapa. It’s nicely situated 15 minutes walk from the main centre yet it’s a tranquil place to get rest a good sleep. It’s very homely and feels more personal than some of the larger grander hotels you see in Sapa. Service by Moon and colleagues is always polite and helpful; we got our laundry done here. It’s also not far from ethical tour agency Ethos Spirit if you’re looking for authentic responsible tours, home stays and treks with local people.

  Had a wonderful stay at Maison de Sapa. The French toast given for breakfast is a must try. Rooms were clean and spacious. The receptionist Nhu was very polite, cheerful and always beaming. Would definitely visit again just to meet Nhu. Sun plaza ( sapa station) is at a walking distance so location is perfect. Can be booked without a second thought
