I had great stay at New Day Sapa! I turned up at 3am after my previous accommodation was poor and they were able to provide me with a room which I couldn’t be more thankful for! The owner was super friendly despite it being such early hours and me having no booking, he was still able to provide me with a room for a great price. I ended up extending for two more nights and slept so well every night. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The staff were super friendly, always greeting you with a smile and wishing you a good day/night. Thank you again to the staff, you are great and made my stay in Sapa much better! Would definitely stay here again :)

I booked this hotel because of the reviews and I am so glad I did. I booked the wrong night and he was able to accommodate me still and I ended up staying two nights. Very clean rooms, good breakfast, comfortable beds. A 10 minute walk into the square. While it's in the city, it's very quiet at night. Ali and his family are such kind people, always making sure I was okay and if I needed anything booked- I had everything planned but appreciated the gesture. This is a newer hotel and I would absolutely recommend staying here. Also close to the bus station.

New Day Sapa Hotel is a hidden gem, and the owner is truly the star of the show. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helping, offering the best local tips on trekking and weather to ensure you avoid the crowds. Whether you need help booking a bus or renting a scooter , they handle everything personally. Service: The owner’s expert advice and genuine care made my trip stress-free. Rooms: Clean, cozy, and warm—perfect for Sapa’s chilly nights. Location: a short walk from the town center. If you want a comfortable stay with a host who treats you like a friend, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! 🏔️✨

The room was clean and comfortable with working AC and a nice shower. The hotel was well situated in the center of Sa Pa with lots of places to eat nearby. The breakfast options included fruit, toast or something cooked to order from their menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful providing lots of recommendations of activites in the local area.

We arrived at 5 am by night bus and were able to check in early that helped us a lot. The hotel is walking distance from the SaoViet Sapa office (6min). The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though the weather was quite cold, the AC heated the room just fine. The bed was comfortable, we slept very well here. They made very tasty breakfast and always made sure evrything was OK. We would be glad to return to this hotel the next time we visit.

Had a great stay - rooms are very clean, beds were comfortable, and the owner very friendly. He gave us a takeaway breakfast for the bus - and the hotel is also within easy walking distance of where the buses south departed. Also a short walk along the lake into the main tourist area, with a great local supermarket just around the corner.

The rooms were clean, and the location was good. We went in the winter time, and even though it was cold outside the AC worked just fine and warmed the room perfectly. However the absolute best part was the service. The Hotel Manager ('Hung', I dont know how to spell it correctly) was the nicest guy. We arrived at around 5 am in the morning, and he let us check-in (Even though the official check-in was at around 1PM) then, and we could get some hours sleep after the not so good overnight busride we had. He helped us always, no matter the time and was always available by whatsapp. He was the friendliest. They offer great trekking trips, which even include meals and transport.
