BREAKFAST PA LANG, SOLVED NA! 😌 Had a really enjoyable stay at Phuong Nam Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring around Sa Pa. The rooms were well-maintained, and the cool mountain weather made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and attractions. One thing I really appreciated was the friendly and accommodating staff who were always helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast was also a great part of the experience, simple but delicious, with enough variety to start the day well before going around Sa Pa. Combined with the beautiful mountain surroundings and peaceful vibe, the hotel offered a very comfortable and memorable stay overall. Definitely recommended for travelers visiting Sa Pa.

Forgot to take a photo of the view when the skies were clear but it looked really pretty. The location was also great, it was near everything, and the service of the hotel staff was great. They were helpful in figuring out transpo options and tourist attractions to visit. There's also a nice shop in front where you could get souvenir shirts at a cheap price.

This hotel is an excellent choice, especially if you are traveling on a budget. The staff, including the owner, were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They were very attentive, replacing our towels daily even without us having to ask. Our room offered a breathtaking view that truly made the experience memorable. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of the Sapa town center and many other popular attractions. I will definitely book here again if I return to Sapa!

We stayed in the standard quadruple room, which was quite decent and comfortable (no windows tho). The breakfast was also enjoyable. What really stood out to our family was the excellent service. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, and they even went out of their way to make sure we didn’t miss our bus. We arrived very early (around 6 AM) after a sleeper bus journey, and they kindly allowed us to use the lobby bathrooms to freshen up while waiting for check-in. They also provided convenient luggage storage. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to Sun Plaza. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained.The amenities included free Wi-Fi, which was super convenient. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which was decent — nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. While I didn’t explore all the amenities, the ones I used were great. The only minor thing to mention is that the building itself might look a little dated in some areas, but honestly, it didn’t affect the overall experience. Everything else was great!Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel during our trip and found it to be a decent budget-friendly option. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view from the balcony. Waking up to the stunning mountain scenery every morning was absolutely worth it and made our stay more enjoyable. The room itself could have been cleaner, and the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was okay, but the selection was quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of choices. That said, we understand that this is a budget hotel, and our expectations were set accordingly. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and value beautiful mountain views over luxury amenities, this hotel may still be a good option.

There are many hotel options in Sapa but Phuong Nam Hotel is an exception - reasonably priced, good service, nice rooms with mountain view, acceptable breakfast buffet, early check-in (12 noon instead of 2pm), and walking distance to almost all sights in Sapa Center. If you want the panorama room, choose the 5th or 4th floor for excellent view. The lower floors will only show you the rooftop of the nearby buildings. The shop across the hotel sells the best quality of jackets at very reasonable price (a lot cheaper than in Hanoi).

It was a pleasant stay! Reached Sapa very early in the morning, even tho the rooms were still occupied, we were allow to shower/change at a designated toilet. Our bags were also well kept at the lobby area when we went out to tour the city. The bell boy was super friendly and active in helping us, the boss was also friendly! The room was clean and the view was amazing!! Would highly recommend! It’s also walking distance to Sun Plaza Station!
