  5 Stars. We stayed during the 2nd week of December. Clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. English-friendly, and they accept card payment. We booked 2 rooms, the views were great. You can see the mountains. The toilet and shower is clean, and heater works great. It's a bit of a trek to go to the city center, but it's no problem because it's only less than 10mins away. It's located beside a pharmacy, and less than 5mins there's a mini mart for your quick essentials. Very affordable and will 100% recommend to anyone going to Sapa.

  We arrived shortly before midnight and were able to check in. The owner and all staff were so attentive, offering us umbrellas when it was raining & the owner cooked us a delicious breakfast. Would absolutely recommend, the room had everything we needed and the staff were incredible.

  Stayed here with a friend for one night. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable, heater working well, and the view from our room is breathtaking. There’s also a balcony. We checked in earlier in the morning with a small fee. The owner is so helpful and he can speak English well. We could leave our bags after check out and even had a shower in the wc at the ground floor before we leave at night. The owner even served us ginger tea 🥹 thanks so much we really enjoyed our stay here

  I cannot recommend this place enough!!! The staff is amazing, no need for deposit, no rush on payment, in my case only when checkkng out, and soo much help from the staff. One small note is, the shower hot temp is limited, but aside from that, their basic room is just amazing for the price. As for the location, you have a lovely restauraung just across (cloud cafe), otherwise its a bit of a hike up the road. Thank you for the amazing place !!

  Then room is spacious. The heater works well. It will have a nice view if there is no fog. Also very cheap and walking distance from sapa station

  We booked this hotel at the last minute due to change of plans. Our bus arrived at midnight in sapa and they were there to welcome us with a smile. The beds were super comfortable, the blanket was heavy and cosy. The free breakfast was delicious, they also offered us some home made orange juice that was amazing. 10/10 would recommend !

  One of the best locations to stay in sapa and the rooms facing the road have fantastic views from balcony... The owner is very helpful and so are his staff... Definitely recommend it. It's a 5 min walk away from Sapa Station too...

  Perfection, lovely view from room, look as advertised, soft bed. Great location and was able to check in early when plans changed!
