  Lovely hotel well situated for Sa Pa centre and access to the sun plaza for the cable car to Fansipan. Great view out to the mountains over Sa Pa. Clean room and comfy bed. Slight smell from drain in the bathroom post shower but leaving the extractor fan on removed it. Really friendly and helpful staff!

  Great hotel for a stay. A simple breakfast but you’ll get what you need to start a day. Really great and helpful staff, helped us with booking sleeper and even gave us water bottle for the trip.Great location and room!

  An excellent experience. The hotel is ideally situated, very close to the centre but set back from the bustle and noise. Rooms are spacious, well equipped bathroom, comfortable beds and a view across the town (mist permitting!) Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is superb. Mr Tom gives expert advice and information, arranges trips and travel. (He even drove me free of charge to catch my late night bus!) All in all a 'hidden gem'; highly recommended.

  Lovely stay at Sapa Garden HotelWe stayed at Sapa Garden Hotel during Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The family-run hotel is very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view.Breakfast was delicious every day, with toast, omelet, soup, cake, and fresh fruits. During New Year, the owners kindly invited us to celebrate and offered free wine, which was very special.When I wasn’t feeling well due to the cold weather, they took great care of me by sending food to our room and cleaning promptly. The owners and staff were all polite, helpful, and caring.The hotel is well located near the center of Sapa, making it easy to get around and find food. We felt very comfortable and well rested. Highly recommended.

  The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We arrived at 12 am and the checkin process was really smooth. Breakfast spreads were consist of fruits, breads and boiled eggs but they were enough for light breakfast and to fill in for walk around Sapa. The location just 5 minutes away from Sun Plaza and nearby halal restaurants.

  The place is nice and has a homey vibe. The staff/owner was really nice. We ended up staying one more night and he gave us a discount. We get to have free breakfast. The pho was really good and unlimited coffee.

  The hotel is quite close to Sapa Station; unfortunately, the walk involves a bit of an uphill climb and some stairs leading toward Sun Plaza. Breakfast is provided with a choice of Pho or bread and eggs. The room was spacious, and the owner even upgraded us. However, there is no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up to the 3rd floor

  The hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the room was well-equipped, spotless, and very comfortable.
