Had one of the memorable experiences at the Sapa Grand Hills Apartment Hotel. It is tucked in a quiet place yet close to the centre. The staff is very good and they have a prompt service. Also they arranged for vegetarian food for breakfast on request. The inclusive breakfast too was good. The rooms here are perfectly maintained with all the amenities. We had a great time at the resort.

We booked a room at their homestay, but during our check-in they offered us a great deal to stay at the hotel, which turned out to be the best option. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good. There are some constructions going on along the road but we could hear anything from our road facing room.

Whoever built this hotel must have been sick the day they taught soundproofing. 😄 The rooms are very nice and spacious. Comfy bed and good shower pressure. Daily housekeeping just involved fresh water and making the bed. For awareness, you can hear EVERYTHING happening elsewhere in the hotel. Despite this we were comfortable throughout our stay but do think it’s slightly overpriced.

Fabulous location for those entering Sapa. Big room, comfy bed - strong shower. However only 1 keycard, breakfast is included but wouldn’t recommend; personally. No extra amenities on site.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sapa Grand Hotel the breakfast was great, with a nice variety of food and good quality overall. The staff were generally somewhat friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the city of Sapa. The road is a little dangerous outside with big trucks and cars. However, I was disappointed that at checkout, we were suddenly charged for snacks we didn’t have. This happened right when we needed to leave quickly to catch our taxi to the bus station, which made the situation stressful and left a bad impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay. If the hotel improves transparency with billing, it would make the experience much better.

So we booked this hotel as it had a kitchen and we are vegetarians and travelling with a fussy 8 year old. Overall hotel had good reviews so we went.||Pros|- rooms exactly like the photos|- location was a not central but easy 10 min walk and right in the market with easy access to stuff|- good service and clean|Enjoyed the lovely tub, 2 large beds in spacious room, a drink in the balcony.||Cons|- limited breakfast, same each day and just a few items. Not buffet but set menu.|- no one at reception most of the time. But the lady running it was responsive.|- view is back side of kk Sapa hotel so can’t see the magnificent valley, just sides of mountain ||Overall satisfied, met most of our requirements and would stay agin for the price.it’s a new hotel, just 2 yrs old probably.

I am traveling with kids and elderly , the stay was amazing, the owner are friendly 👍 Good location, near to the restaurants and souvenirs shops, it is walking distance from the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, I booked the room that has balcony on the 5th floor and the view is the mountains 😍the room is also spacious. The only feedback is the floor at the bathroom quite slippery , just be careful if you guys traveling with the kids.Overall the hotel is highly recommended.
