A very calm and quiet place — perfect if you want to escape the noisy city environment. The property is well secured, and the atmosphere there is absolutely breathtaking. Our first impression of the property was very positive. Special thanks to Ms. Sung at the reception for being so humble, polite, and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

We had an amazing stay at Sapa Heaven House and couldn’t recommend it more! We originally booked a 3-night stay in the Executive Mountain View room (which included a beautiful free standing bath), but accidentally booked it for May instead of April. We arrived in Sapa around 11:30pm and, after messaging the hotel, quickly realized the mistake while standing outside with our luggage. Despite the mix-up, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Although Sapa Heaven House was fully booked that night, she arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel, Le Boutique Sapa Hotel. She made everything so easy leaving the keys for a smooth late night self check in and reassuring us that we could move into our original room the next day. Even more impressively, we weren’t charged anything extra, and since we couldn’t change the booking ourselves on Agoda, the hotel contacted them directly and switched our reservation to April free of charge. What could have been a very stressful situation in a new town late at night was handled with such care and professionalism we’re incredibly grateful. Both hotels were clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. At Sapa Heaven House, the laundry service was excellent with a quick turnaround. We even requested our trainers to be washed and clothes to be sun dried instead of machine dried, and everything came back perfect. We also had a small issue with the air conditioning leaking, but the staff responded immediately and had it fully serviced the next day it was working perfectly when we returned. Overall, the staff and management at both hotels were outstanding. This has genuinely been one of our best stays in Vietnam, and we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Sapa! Highly recommend!

The perfect stay at Sa Pa, Sung is the best host of them all!! (She deserves a raise), hard worker and a lot of brains. Some people mentioned the steep slope, it’s not that big of a deal tbh. There are some secret stairs, extra traveler points if you find them :)

A very nice place to stay a bit out of the centre of town but nice and quiet a great breakfast was included and Jenny the host is so knowledgeable and helpful a beautiful lady. Also they hire motorcycles and Jenny will give you great advice on where to visit

My friends supposed to stay here for few days but decided not to continue because they were very upset of the location. from the hotel to the city proper is very difficult (steep and no proper pavement for walking). The view from the room is different also from what is advertised. I give 3 star for the owner/staff because they are nice.

BAD EXPERIENCE The property did not match the description and photos on Agoda. After a long journey, we were dropped off on the roadside far from the town center, with no clear access other than walking uphill while carrying luggage. The building felt more like a residential apartment than a hotel. There was no staff at reception on arrival, no elevator, and the room lacked basic amenities such as a TV and refrigerator. Curtains were dirty, and the view did not match the advertised photos. Access to the town proper requires walking on a steep road with no sidewalk and limited lighting, which felt unsafe at night. Due to these issues, we chose not to continue our stay and booked another hotel at additional cost. We are requesting for a refund with them by the rejected and advised us to call Agoda, now even Agoda is not receiving any response from them
