Very hospitable service. The owner, so nice of her, she let us to extend our stay for few hours to get ourselves cleaned since we had a minor accident on our way back from the Sapa village area. She even packed us free Banh Mi as we were leaving the hotel to move to another location, so kind of her. Truly happy with the service offered.

Lovely hotel overlooking lake. Very near town centre but away from its noise. Outdoor balcony breakfast area. Staff very friendly and kind. A great find and highly recommend.

I'd like to recommend this place to everyone not because of the quality of rooms, food or drinks (which are all lovely btw) but because of the lady who owns this business. She's the person I will never forget. When I was visiting Sapa, I stopped by her cocktail bar for a drink. When I used the toilet, I carelessly left my bag with my passport, all my money, credit cards, and other documents behind. When I returned to this place the next morning after realizing what had happened, the owner recognized me from a distance and handed me my bag with all its contents. She is a very honest person and I will never forget what she did. That's why I'm asking everyone who read this comment - if you ever go to Sapa, please visit her place! She's a STAR ⭐️.

The Sapa Lake View Hotel ticks all the boxes that I require for an excellent stay (and it is very pet friendly)....so much that this was my third time staying here during my +18 month motorbike journey (Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia). It was just a shame I had to leave earlier this time (air flight change). The owners and their children, and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The very clean rooms are well furnished and comfortably functional. The A/C rooms (reverse cycle) contain soft, comfortable beds (4 out of 10 on the hard mattress scale), a flatscreen TV (with Box channels), a small fridge, and furniture (large wooden bench seat, a wooden desk with mirror, luggage table, bedside table and wardrobe). WiFi is free and the signal is strong and constant with separate sections having dedicated networks to the different levels and restaurant areas. The private bathrooms are also very clean and provide good hot water (but only via a water storage system, so no long showers can be taken - enough to shower properly). Several of these rooms overlook the lake, but they can be subject to external noise as the road can get busy. Sometimes the Hotel leaves their spotlights on all night, which can make the rooms quite bright as the light penetrates around the curtains (which works well when these lights are off). The hotel boasts an elevator to access the floors, has a small reception area (with seating), and an indoor & outdoor restaurant section (with a large variety of food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties). The outside section overlooks the lake and also has an upstairs section, which most people don't know it exists....so it's always empty. The location is perfect with everything within a short walking distance (many restaurants, local bars & cafes, and convenience stores....supermarket about 200 metres down the road and a Winmart less than 1km). I highly recommend this hotel, although it's not cheap, it is great value comparatively speaking.

Value for money type hotel so best for the money I paid. Mr. Thang , the owner of the place was very supportive. And other staffs were also very respectful. Hotel right beside like, so view was good and good for morning run. Limited options for breakfast if you have chosen package, otherwise you have lot to choose from. Breakfast and room felt okay for us, if you are budget travel , you can go for it!

Had a great stay. Staff were attentive and keen to please. Great location, overlooking the lake. Close to town, but not too close. Room was a little tired but the price was cheap. Booked for one night, but stayed 4.

We stayed here one night abd book Fansipan track through the reception. We paid 54 dollars wich was best price in the group. The lady was very nice and when we returned and wanted to book the room again just for quick shower and nap before leaving back to Hanoi. She made it work even though she was fully booked. We recommend!

Hygience and cleanliness was bad. I had to ask them to clean the bathroom fan. It was so dusty; unbearable. They also gave torn-out towel which i had to request for a change. The towels were thin, not comfortable at all. Their kitchen is located in the lobby, so you can smell the smoke coming up into the room. My wife had to cover the door to reduce the smell coming in. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and outside light was coming in making light sleeper difficult to sleep.
