Like many of the positive reviews, the kindness and attentiveness of Mr Kim and staff made this stay comfortable and convenient. The location of the hotel is just off the main track where you have silence but close enough that you can explore the city, perfecto! The breakfast is delicious and has many vegetarian options. Mr. Kim was kind enough to arrange our tickets to Mt Fansipan, Glass bridge and also booked a driver. Prices were the same as if you bought the tickets online. During checkout, Mr Kim asked if there is anything he could do better. We had no feedback because we were so unexpectedly surprised by our positive stay here. You have a repeat customer Mr Kim! May fortune and happiness bless you.

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Mountain Queen House. Linh was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. She gladly advised us on our attractions and helped us book tickets to visit Fansipan at no extra charge. We reserved three rooms, all with a view, to accommodate our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Each room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel was ideally located, just a 7-10-minute walk from the city center and tucked away from the crowds. Linh even reached out a few hours after we checked out to ask for feedback and to wish us well on our journey. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Mountain Queen House and will definitely come back when we visit Sapa again.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Sapa Mountain Queen House. After traveling overnight from Hanoi, Mr. Kim kindly allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room so we could enjoy our short visit even more. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location is excellent. Thank you to Mr. Kim and the entire staff for their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was yummy too. Mr Kim and his staff made our stay extra special with their warmth and hospitality. He helped arrange our transport and tours and suggested excellent food places. Highly recommended 👍

We spent fantastic 2 nights at Sapa Mountain Queen House. We did not book any room in advance and went directly to the hotel to ask for room availability. The receptionist provided us with room options and upgraded our room to deluxe with a balcony for a cheaper price than a standard room would cost with booking.com. She was also very supportive when it came to the payment, check in and any queries. The room was clean and spacious enough. The view from the balcony is on the Sapa lake, which is very close by, making it probably the best possible location for a hotel in entire Sapa. The only small downside of the room was the bathroom. The shower was slightly clogged and the sink was relatively small so that the water splashed more than necessary. But these are truly small things as overall we felt very comfortable. And the staff cares about your experience here. They are willing to receive feedback to improve and just want to make sure you're having a good time in Sapa. The breakfast was such a positive surprise too! Fresh fruit, including dragonfruit, fresh watermelon, passionfruit and mango juices stored neatly in the fridge, possibility to order diverse types of eggs, French toast or pho, steamed potatoes and so much more. The breakfast location is also perfect as it provides the possibility to sit outside on a balcony. We are very grateful for the time we spent in this hotel.

Our stay was pleasant. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent since it’s super close to the center and night market (10 - 15 min on feet). The only thing that bothered us was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom and in the buffet there was no ingredients written on each meal. The owner asked us for feedback and he was very welcoming.

A simple, clean, and cosy hotel that delivers good value for money. I’ve stayed in many mid-range hotels, and this one stands out for its excellent location, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. The rooms are basic but well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay—air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. While it doesn’t have luxury features, it covers all the essentials nicely.Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you’re looking for a straightforward, no-frills stay in a convenient location. No complaints from me.
