  We had a lovely stay at Sapa Relax. It is very conveniently located just off one of the town’s main streets, a short walk from the Sun Plaza funicular station. It is also surrounded by good restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and although you can hear noise from the street below, it is not as bad as many of the more negative reviews suggest! Breakfast was also really good value, and there was a lovely view from the roof terrace. What really impressed us was the quality of customer service. We arrived early on the overnight train and the receptionist Ruby arranged an early check-in for us. She also helped to fix a small WiFi issue and made lots of recommendations for the area; she was a real delight! She even offered us a cute H’mong-style tote bag as a leaving gift. If you want an affordable and relatively no-frills experience in the centre of Sa Pa, then we would definitely recommend this hotel.

  We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings of Sapa. The rooms were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to 'Rubi', who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast from the hotel. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start each day. The staff's excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful gestures made our experience truly special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would be happy to stay here again in the future. **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)**

  We had a very good stay at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. First of all, we would like to give special thanks to Ruby at the reception. She was extremely helpful from the beginning and gave us clear information about the places to visit in Sapa. She also helped us arrange transportation and even made a restaurant reservation for us. Everything she recommended was accurate, and we found her to be very reliable, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself was comfortable. The rooms were nice, spacious enough, and the mountain view was definitely a strong point. It was a good place to relax after spending time around Sapa. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. In our opinion, it was not as successful as the rest of the hotel experience and could be better in terms of variety and quality. Overall, we had a positive experience, especially thanks to Ruby’s great support and guidance. The hotel has comfortable rooms, a good view, and helpful staff. With an improved breakfast, the experience would be even better.

  I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The facilities were good, and overall the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight of my stay was the service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Ruby, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Ruby was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. She was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that everything was perfect.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute gem in Sapa! Warm hospitality and perfect location. We had the most wonderful stay here! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Sun Plaza, and our room actually looked right out at it. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower had amazing high pressure. What truly made our trip special was the lovely staff: Ruby was incredibly attentive and kind. She gave us a helpful tourist map and completely took care of booking our private car back to Hanoi. She also gave us the weather update of Fansipan mountain so that we can decide what time to go. Fresh was awesome and helped us easily sort out our Fansipan tickets. Our booking didn't include breakfast, but we paid 100k VND per person for it, and it was honestly worth every single Dong. Also, make sure to head up to the rooftop bar—the views of beautiful Sapa from up there are absolutely breathtaking. We loved our time here and highly recommend it!

  We loved staying here! It’s in such a central location and really easy to get to anything you need (we even walked to cat cat village from here, and only about 5 mins from the funicular station too). The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, could see all of the mountains. And Nu, rhe receptionist, made our stay even better - she was great at recommending what to do as soon as we arrived and was very helpful throughout the stay . If you’re in sapa , definitely stay here!

  Older, but decent hotel great location to Sapa shopping and markets. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. We used laundry services-they were fast, getting our belongings back with a few hours smelling amazing and neatly folded. Later we found a laundry spot (just a 1 minute walk from the hotel) that had laundry services cheaper than the hotel. Nice big breakfast buffet kept well stocked, but most importantly beautiful view from the bar!!

  This place was fantastic. We arrived super early on sleeper bus and they were open at 5am and let us leave luggage, change and chill in the lobby. |Once checked in the room was very large room and a comfortable bed. Seperate areas to lounge and sleep with ensuite in centre of room. The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Couldn't thank and appreciate them enough.|Keep up the great work
