  I loved waking up to the mountain view, so peaceful and refreshing. The room was cozy and clean, and the little garden full of succulents made the whole place feel calm and special. But what I appreciated most was the kindness of the host, he made me feel genuinely welcomed and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to rest and recharge in Sapa, this is it. I’d definitely come back.

  I give Sapa Succulent Homestay 5 stars of 5 possible in all categories ! It has modern, comfortable rooms with all you need. Warm, clean and with great view! At the same time there is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In our host Hieu's capable hands we felt welcomed and so well taken care of. He helped with all, cooked for us and we went on a super nice tour to see the Silver waterfall and the Love Waterfall. I would absolutely come back here anytime again and I warmely recommend this Homestay if you visit Sapa!

  I have been traveling the world for 40 years, but what I experienced here was truly in a class of its own in terms of service, kindness, and willingness to help. I have probably never met a host like Hieu before. He turns every wish of his guests into reality and helps with absolutely any problem. I didn’t just feel genuinely welcome here — I felt almost like a very important member of the family. Hieu wanted to fully understand our plans for Sapa so he could help us make them happen and even take care of the organization. In every respect, we were in the very best hands. I can wholeheartedly recommend everyone to spend their holidays here. It will be an unforgettable experience.

  This place exceeded my expectations! The host is incredibly accommodating, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable, you really can’t go wrong staying here. As a succulent lover, I absolutely fell in love with the space, the plants added such a relaxing and charming vibe. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay! Also I love Coca the Dog❤️

  Great view, amazing minimalist interior homestay, garden lover's heaven place, fitness enthusiast dream place, introvert and extrovert alike would love it. With every possible needs are very accessible not to mention that it is very close to all famous tourists attractions in Sapa but also not crowded enough that you would not feel anxious at all.

  I love this homestay. Staff very friendly he even helped us bring our luggages for check in and check out. But i do not recommend bring elderly as it took so many stairs to reach this place. It is gonna be your leg day. Other than that everything is perfect.

  My partner and I were walking past and were welcomed in by both hosts who despite us not even staying there, showed us world class hospitality and gave us a tour of their area. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here. Very suitable for families, couples or solo travellers.

  Best home stay in Sa Pa!!!! The owner and his family were VERY nicee!! They’d make sure everything is comfortable and clean, and also very helpful!! If I got the chance to go back to Sa Pa, will definitely stay in here again. And they have a very lovely dog named KUKAAAAA!! Please say hi to himm!!
