  Room is clean and spacious. Food is also delicious. Staff is very friendly and very helpful in whatever question we have. Location is also near to a lot good cafes and near train station. Mostly of all price is one of the cheapest in the area. Will definitely come back again on the next visit! 😁

  Got the hotel from agoda. We came sapa very early and the reception Ghan (not sure if i got the name correctly) but he was very accomodating. Hotel manager Hà also was very helpful finding us transport to hanoi. And places to go. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic toilet amenities. Slippers also provided. Offers basic breakfast is a must to start the day. The hotel has a huge seating area and offers spa and massage right in the room. In front of the hotel has a restaurants, spa, massage, souvenir shop. Just a few steps from sun plaza or just beside sun plaza. 3 min aways from sapa center, church and a lot of coffee and restaurants. Over all, the hotel itself is highly recommended. Traveled 26-30 May 2026.

  If you want to go around the town, this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to many places like Viettrekking Coffee, Sun Plaza, etc. The staff are very polite and friendly. Ms. Ha, the hotel manager is very helpful. She helped us rent a motorbike, too, worth 200k vnd per day. The room is comfortable, but the big window faces another wall. The breakfast was not available on our second day, because there were not a lot of guests. We just requested fried rice, eggs and coffee. Their coffee tastes good by the way. Recommended.

  Sapa Symphony Hotel is very near to the Sapa Sun Plaza and Sapa Town Center. It will only takes 3 min. Walking going to Sapa Town Center. We Love our Family Room. We booked online via agoda from May 23 to May 28, 2026. We arrived early morning of May 24, and do an early checked in about 6:20AM. Thankfully there is a vacant room. We just transfer at night to our original booked room which have a mountain view and can see the Fansipan Mountain and the cable car not too far. The Manager Ms. HA and all the staffs are friendly and very welcoming. Ms. HA help us to book our tickets online for Fansipan and Rhong May Glass Bridge with the same day QR code sent via whatsapp. She also help us book car rental for the day going to Rhong May and its cheaper compare to other taxi and grab. We love our stay here and hopefully if GOD's Will and travel back again here in Sapa, we will still book this Symphony Hotel. We Love Vietnam.

  I stayed here for three nights, in a non-smoking room. The front desk manager, Ms. Ha, was very welcoming and even kindly recommended nearby attractions. The hotel staff were also very friendly. This hotel is right next to Sun Plaza, a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean. The only downside was the extremely slow internet speed; I stayed in a room on the fourth floor but couldn't connect . Also, the hot water supply was insufficient; it was fine for one person, but the water was ice cold when two people were showering together. Hopefully, they can improve this in the future. Overall, this hotel is quite good, and I highly recommend it.

  Ms. Ha and the other guy is very helpful and accommodating and knows how to speak English. The room is big and clean.Bed is big and comfortable to sleep on.Everyday they change towels,give water and coffee. Buffet breakfast is okay but the same menu for whole duration of our stay. The hotel location is nice,it is near to Viettrekking cafe and Sun Plaza Thank you Symphony hotel and sfaff for our good stay here in Sapa

  The hotel is in a very strategic location, tucked just behind Sun Plaza and within walking distance of Viettrekking Coffee, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The facilities are fairly standard but sufficient for a comfortable stay. They provide all the essential amenities needed during the trip, and the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. On the downside, the mattress was a bit firm for my preference, and the room did not receive any direct sunlight, which made it feel slightly less bright and airy. Overall, it's a good option for travelers looking for a well-located hotel with helpful service and the basic necessities for a pleasant stay.

  3min from sapa plaza station. Very close and easy access by grab car. I booked this for refreshing before heading to fansipan. The room is spacious with makeup table. Television. Hairdryer. Coffee and tea. And also a standing fan in case the aircond is not enough for those who like cold. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip since it very close to sun plaza and easy access to grab.
