  Our stay at Sapa Valley View Hotel was truly wonderful! ❤️ The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and kind, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Their 24/7 support and genuine care for guests really stood out. The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore Sapa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the balcony, decorated with beautiful Vietnamese lamps, was the highlight of our stay and offered a lovely place to relax. Although the hotel doesn't serve breakfast or dinner, they have thoughtfully arranged a dedicated dining area where guests can bring their own food and enjoy their meals comfortably. It's a small touch that reflects their guest-first approach. We were truly touched by their hospitality and excellent service. Thank you, Sapa Valley View Hotel, for making our trip so special! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa. 🇻🇳✨

  We stayed in the hotel last June 2 to June 4. The staffs are great! We were 12 friends all-in-all staying and we were satisfied with the service. Ms. Dua helped us call a van service on our first day to go to the Glass Bridge which is an hour away from the City Center. Ms. Dua also gave us advices before we even go to Fansipan regarding the weather. She is fluent and is trying her best to really answer our questions regarding Sapa. I also commend the other staffs (they were the staff on duty during night time) who helped us in a way during our last hours remaining in Sapa. They were very accomodating and they really tried their best to help us in a way. Thank you Sapa Valley View Hotel for accomodating us! Will defenitely go back there soon!

  Our stay was excellent! The air conditioning was cold and worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable after a long day exploring. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very accommodating to all our needs. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to many tourist attractions nearby. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

  The hosts are awesome! Great view from my room. They were very accommodating with our early check in request. When we checked out, they even gave us free bottled water and bananas. And when I called them about an item I left in my room after we already checked out, they went out of their way to have that item delivered to me in Hanoi, for no cost at all. Will definitely come back here! 5/5 would recommend.

  My family and I are so glad to have booked this hotel. The receptionist, Hang Dua, has been so helpful during our stay. If we need or missed anything in our room she is there to make sure we got it. One of the staff, a young man that carries all our large luggages going up/down the stairs and made sure we don’t carry it ourselves. Everyone came out to say their goodbyes as we were leaving the hotel. Hotel is family owned. Rooms are kept clean and bathrooms size differ whether you booked a double bed room or single bed rooms.

  We had a wonderful staycation in Sapa, Vietnam. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist us and quick to respond to any of our requests. What we appreciated most is that the place is very affordable considering the quality of the stay it truly offers great value for money. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and budget-friendly stay in Sapa.

  Best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. They offer 24/7 check in, a lovely clean room with all the amenities you could need and the staff are just lovely. So kind and a great washing service which is affordable and very quick. I could not recommend enough.

  The staff were so nice and so sweet to our children. They were very accommodating and had great recommendations for things to do or places to visit in the area. We absolutely loved our stay and really hope to return again in the near future. Once the fog cleared, the view was beautiful.
