We love it! Staffs are always smiling, very helpful, good english! Good food! Room was spacious! Even though it was 700m away from Sun Plaza, road going there was very safe even at night. It was a peaceful stay away from the honkings of cars and motorcycles near sun plaza. WE LOVE IT! Thank you!

We had one of the best experiences with Sapa Vista Hotel! We arrived too early for check-in but the staff were kind enough to let us take a bath and store our luggage. We were promptly checked in afterwards. The breakfast food was very sumptuous. I personally loved their Pho - a warm welcome for the stomach amidst the cold climate. Their cafe was also great and had a good selection of handcrafted coffee. The very highlight of our stay was the hospitality of their staff - the front desk, the restaurant, the cafe and bar, and even the room service. Very much recommended!

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff was also very nice, they speak fluent english. The room was even better than I thought, I’ve seen some bad reviews in here so I was kinda nervous but the room and hotel in general is actually so good. The view is good, the location is PERFECT (you can walk yo anywhere), the bed was SOOOO comfortable, the staff was so nice, the breakfast was good too, the water heater works, the hair dryer also works. It’s perfect, I wish I could have stayed longer here. But I have to say that things worn out over time so the room is not entirely perfect but I think it was charming.

Stayed here with friends for 2 nights with mountain view room. All the staff was lovely and attentive. Toan (owner) helped book Fansipan and May Rong glass bridge for us at no additional cost to save us time. She was super informative and making sure we get around okay. Rooms was spacious ,clean and had amazing views (when not foggy!). The bed was very comfy, no complaints there. It can be a bit noisy with thin walls and large windows but most hotels would be similar. Also have to mention the young girls who cleaned the rooms was helpful despite limited English. The hotel is a short walk to town which was handy. I would come back again if visiting.

Amazing mountain views and genuinely friendly staff. I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout Vietnam, and the service here really stood out. Special thanks to Toan at the front desk always helpful and welcoming us every day with a warm smile. We have also noticed staying there for so long, Toan is also a very hard dedicated employee. The room was comfortable, and honestly, the bed was one of the best I’ve slept on compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The views were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great choice if you’re looking to unwind in the mountains. I’d happily stay here again.

This hotel is a good starting point to explore the surrounding villages with their beautiful rice terraces on a day or even multi-day hike. Furthermore, Sapa's central square, the station of the monorail / cable car lift up to Fansipan mountain lies within walking distance a bit up the hill. The check-in was quick and easy. Even at midnight the reception was still open when we arrived by bus. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. On the next day, we started with a decent (Vietnamese) breakfast buffet. This way we were well prepared for our hike.

We had an excellent stay. They have a restaurant. Food is good. They allow luggage storage. The reception staff speaks English, very kind & helpful. They offer motorcycle rental & massage services on a reasonable price which we availed. They upgraded our room to VIP without us asking. The room is huge with a nice view of the mountains & the monorail. For me, location is excellent as it is just a walking distance to Sapa Center & Catcat village. Grab bikes waiting for passengers were just outside the hotel. Also, the area is within the radius of the shuttle service of Sleeper buses. I am recommending this hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again should I go back to Sapa. 🤗

Very comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast nice but limited compared to others we have been to. Really delightful staff and nice location on the edge of town but easily walkable. |Unfortunately there was most during most of our stay but we saw fleeting glances of beautiful views.
