  The room and bathroom were clean, and the receptionists were very helpful. I got stuck in Sapa for two days due to a landslide. The hotel kindly offered me a free night's stay and helped me in every possible way. Thank you to all the staff at Upper House Sapa Hotel for this kind gesture. Located in the city center

  The rooms are spacious The hotel staff are all incredibly polite and awesome. Consistent with daily room service. The heated bed is perfect for the weather during our stay. Forgot to ask the name of the guy from the reception, but thanks for packing our breakfast for us.

  This is a charming hotel in a perfect central location. It’s very convenient both for hiking trips and exploring other attractions in the area. Breakfast is tasty (with two options to choose from) and served right to your room in the morning. There’s also a nice lounge area on the 4th floor where you can relax, along with a pool. What really makes the stay special is the staff incredibly friendly, caring, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!

  Definitely 5 stars. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are kind and excellent in room service. Location the best if you can view the sea of clouds in your room.

  The hotel is above the Praha Sapa Hotel. Getting to the location does require a bit of effort on a slightly uphill road, but the good thing is that this hotel is close to lots of places to eat and a 10 minute walk to get to SaPa station. if it's not foggy the view is very good and here the service is very friendly. For breakfast, I always eat a sandwich because it's very delicious. the room smells clean and spacious for only 300 thousand rupiah, it's really worth it. They also provide motorbike rental here, but with the road being quite steep, you have to think twice about motorbike brakes. For those who like peaceful place, this hotel is perfect for you... and thank you for the really good and impressive service😊

  Great room sizes with heated beds. With simple breakfast available, options of crepes or egg sandwich, that came on time. Staff were very helpful with concerns, and can speak English. Only downside is the lack of elevator, which may be an issue for elderly.
