I searched many places before deciding on this one, as it had the best price I could find. The massage rooms are modern and new, and the reviews were all 5 stars. I contacted the staff to ask about the service, and they responded immediately. The lady who did my massage was very skilled, and I felt completely relaxed afterward. Highly recommended!

Walked in and was a good experience. Could help if 1 min of privacy while changing Overall very well done. If you're staying in KK SApa hotel, just come here. Half the price.

The hair wash and massage here are both excellent, with a great price-to-quality ratio. 👌 The only thing to note is that there’s a bit of street noise and the atmosphere can feel a little frantic or rough around the edges. That said, if you’re looking for a solid massage or a relaxing hair wash at a fantastic value, it’s definitely worth a visit.

30 October 2025: I am a Level 7 contributor (> 400 reviews) on Google and regularly review eateries and experiences in Asia and Melbourne to give an unbiased opinion. This venue has a 4.9/5 rating on Google and the price was reasonable: 480k VND for a 90 minutes massage. I thought it would be worth checking out after a walk in Sapa Central. The venue seems to be both a massage studio and hotel. The hotel receptionist told me that the hot stone massage was not available because it would take 1-2 hrs to heat up the stones. She suggested the full body massage which I agreed to have a 90-minute session. I was escorted to the massage area with all the chairs and 2 hair washing stands to soak my feet. I immediately noticed that the foot bath was cold and told her. She added some hot water, and it didn't help. She scooped out some water from the tub and added more hot water. The temperature was still not satisfactory. I have done many massages in Thailand and Melbourne and know what the standards were. She decided to change the entire tub of water and it worked. Meanwhile, she started to call the therapist. When the therapist came, I was escorted to a room on the opposite end from the massage area. There were 3 massage tables. This room was bright, and next to the main road. It was noisy with the constant traffic of vehicles. The therapist first used her elbow strokes to massage my scapular area. That technique was correct. However, when she massaged my neck, the strokes were not strong, like massaging spices on a chicken! Good neck massages require firm strength and targeted pressure points. Then, she climbed onto the massage table to massage my lower back. In this position, it was difficult to achieve strength. She had to sit on my buttocks to massage the lower back. Most times, I felt a lot of pushing the muscles, but not professional strokes. I was not comfortable with her, having such a close body contact against my buttocks. I was glad when she hopped off the table and started to work on my calf muscles. On this area, she showed skills and strength. Then I was asked to turn over for a scalp massage, then more massages in my legs. The scalp massage was not strong and again her skills on the neck area were lacking. However, she was good with the leg massages. And that's the end of the session. No work was done on the hands, and on the shoulder when I was facing up. Before coming here, I had a massage at a professional studio called Eden, near to Chusu restaurant. I know what high standards are. The experience that I had was mediocre. The location was AWFUL. Right on a bottleneck of the main road for all vehicles heading or leaving Sapa Central. It would have been helpful to dim the lights in the studio or move the massage room further away from the main road. I paid 420k VND and I certainly won't recommend this venue.

The massage staff doesn't really massage, the receptionist is unprofessional, and doesn't speak English well. The massage price is too high😮‍💨 and the quality isn't as good as other shops.

One of the worst when we visited on 28th May - took a 15 mins before the masseuses come into the shop, No air conditioning in the afternoon although they did bring out a fan for us, the masseuses seems to be just going through the massage motion and one was even playing with phone on one hand and massaging on another, totally unprofessional.

I picked this place with with my wife because of all the 5 star reviews. She had a great massage. I was asked to give a review, so here it is - the absolute worst massage experience I’ve ever had. Massage:1/5. The “masseuse” obviously had no idea how to give a massage. She did random things on my back with no method. With my legs she was just going up and down my legs for the whole duration, with the occasional squeeze. She did the squeeze/pinching on my toes around 5 times and I actually had to get to stop. Ambience: 0/5. Bright lights. My wife had to play music from her phone.

Pretty poor experience. Four of us came for full body massages and had the same experience. Quite inexperienced masseuses. The rooms were incredibly noisy from the street, no relaxing music. I had to walk through the muddy street past the traffic after the massage because the only way to the room was through another occupied room. The bathroom was full of construction equipment. My wife left half way. All in, a pretty unrelaxing experience.
