  [Not forced to review] Massage was lovely and inexpensive. Very worth the 45 mins after a long day of walking and exploring. Owner was very friendly and welcoming, environment was cosy and peaceful.

  I just had a massage here. It was raining. So I decided to get a massage after having a long hike yesterday. It was a perfect place. As soon as I got here I was welcomed by the owner. Explain the menu very well. I got a full body massage by a Lady Ln., Lynn. She was very helpful. She help me relieve a lot of pain from the hike yesterday. Highly recommend this place. The name of the hotel and the massage place a difference. You can look at the photo to make sure that you don’t miss when you are looking for this place. Heaven spa and Sapa luxury hotel.

  Thao’s very professional and applied a good amount of pressure throughout the session. I’ve been here a few times and she’s always happy to serve. I’ll be back again soon

  Absolutely loved my massage on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I didn’t want a foot massage for the body massage package and they easily accommodated my request. The staff were very professional and nice. The location is very clean and calm despite the street traffic. Definitely recommend for a good massage during your Sapa holiday!!

  Massage was one of the worst I’ve had before. I didn’t want to be rude so i waited for it to be over. I got head shoulders and foot massage. It started with a foot soak and the water almost burnt my skin it was so hot. I had to ask her to bring more cold water. Then the lady crouches behind you and you have to lean back in a very uncomfortable way. The massage was just squeezing and pushing on random spots on my head and back and when it came to the foot massage it was barely feet and just annihilated my calves and weirdly my ankles bones? While we were getting our massages a group of older men came in and stood over us while talking to the masseuses and it made us feel uncomfortable. The place was clean and the lady at reception was lovely.

  I got a foot+ head+ shoulder massage for 60mins (240,000vnd). Staff were friendly but the specific masseur I was given was lacking in skill. Inconsistent strength, frequent check ins/usage of her phone and poor techniques. The back massage was just a few uncomfortable squeezes and that’s it. I was put in a very awkward and uncomfortable spot too. During the shoulder massage, the masseur pulled my bra strap and top strap down, nearly showing my chest. This happened whilst 2 groups of tourists were checking into the hotel and waiting at the lobby, while looking at me. I was very uncomfortable that I stopped the massage and went straight to the leg massage. Overall, I don’t recommend this place because there is very little professionalism showcased at this massage place, disappointing and disturbed. Only plus point was a staff who put in effort to communicate with me during the whole service, thank you

  Misleading review count beware. Unprofessional massage, and crowded, we were treated next to everybody. The person who did the message for me answered the phone 3 time while I was here. Won't recommend or comeback, sorry.
