  Very nice massage, had the herbal bath and head and body massages with my partner which we both throughly enjoyed. Will say that the karaoke and street was quite loud within the spa

  Had a really sad experience at this spa. My boyfriend and I came as walk-in guests, and booked for a bath and a full body massage. First of all, the wooden bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly. Both my boyfriend and I found hairs of other people who came before us in our baths!!!! On top of that - the bath had no effects. No soft skin no nothing. The people were supposed to come pick us up after the 30 min bath never came. So we waited 30 extra minutes in the bathtub lol because they forgot about us!!! We then came out by ourselves and asked about the massage. We were placed in a massage room but NO ONE CAME!!! so we waisted an entire hour in total. By then, it was 10PM so we decided to leave because we were tired. Very very bad experience. They did not even apologize.

  Worst massage I've ever had .. The girl did not have an idea how to do a massage . She just rubbed and didn't know where the muscles are situated at all !!

  Was here a few weeks ago, came due to good reviews. As seems to be the normal 'Sa Pa style' of massage, they spent about 15 minutes of a 90 min massage just scratching your head. Then almost 15 minutes on each limb and only around 10 minutes on your back.. pauses are taken so they can text on the phone. Oh and if you go in the evening at around 8pm, expect a screaming matching between Vietnamese locals or holiday makers who fill up the front seats for foot massages - not a relaxing experience at all. Also keep an eye on the time - they'll try and jib you of 10 minutes
