Truly wonderful. I had the 90 minute full body hot stone massage during Tet and it was the best I’ve ever had. The owner was so lovely and accommodating, and an incredibly experienced massage therapist. My partner and I were greeted with hot tea and pomelo, and made to feel very welcome. On top of this, it was only 450,000VND per person. I absolutely urge anyone looking for a spa treatment to consider this establishment. Excellent massage, incredible owners, and great value for money. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would.

I had a really relaxing experience here. The staff were gentle, polite, and professional. The massage helped relieve a lot of tension in my shoulders and body after traveling. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt very calming. I also appreciated that the staff were patient and welcoming even though my Vietnamese is not very good. Thank you for the great service — I would happily come back again when visiting Sapa

Had an absolute wonderful experience at this spa. Joseph, the gentleman that runs the establishment is a very charming and honest man; He also gave me a lift to the spa and back to my home stay (very much appreciated). I got a head, shoulder and face massage; it was excellent and very thorough. It’s a shame I did not book my home stay with them. Thank you again for the experience. 10/10

Amazing experience. Just did the ha giang loop and it was the best reset. Got the hair wash, shoulder massage and facial for 299,000. Such good value. All of the workers are so friendly. Definitely recommend!

Terrible service, let the customer wait and no excuse when there’s no massaseur. Totally disappointed

Dirty place and smells like cigarettes. My wife and I went in there a week ago and I didn’t even want to step foot into the room, seeing the common area downstairs. My wife insisted because we didn’t have time before leaving on bus Massage was really bad and the persons hands smelt like smoke. My wife complained she told the lady to be more gentle around shoulders because of an injury and they didn’t listen. I would go somewhere else in Sapa if you’re looking for a massage

Awful experience. Coming from someone who has massages 2 times a week when I’m home, had massage once a week when I spent 7.5 weeks in Thailand before coming to Vietnam, then had 3 massages in Vietnam since arriving 10 days ago, this was the worst massage ever. I signed up for the 2 hour massage. One lady, maybe owner, not sure gave me tea then started with a foot bath in a bucket. She put calming music in background and seemed like it would be nice way to start things off but She scrapped my foot and made it worse. She was kind and tried to make it better but didn’t necessarily make it better. Another lady comes barging in my massage room with her coat on. She takes her coat off and immediately works on me. Didn’t wash hands and bc it’s cold outside and raining, her hands were cold and seemed wet or she started with water, massaging me which would be quite odd For 10 minutes she was just sliding what seemed like water or rain on my back while her and the lady who scrapped foot kept talking while the relaxing music was in background but was not relaxing at all. Her method of massage is a new one to me as it seemed like a kid was just pretending to be A professional masseuse, But didn’t know what they were doing at all. Annoyed that they kept on talking and then laughing like they were in high school, talking about the latest gossip, I tried to signal that I wanna listen to music because it’s not relaxing. They don’t speak English at all, which is fine, so we pulled out our Google translator again, first time was when my foot got worse than when it was before I got in when the lady scraped it. The lady said that she will not talk so I can relax… Isn’t that a given when you have relaxing music in the background and you’re getting a two hour massage? I could see that when she put the phone down, still hands not clean, she got a phone call and she answered it on speaker. She hung up pretty quickly, and then she continued to text. Keep in mind this is probably around 15 to 20 minutes into my massage, So in the middle of her working on me. Again, even after the phone, her hands even got more dirtier just to be all over my body. I was over it at this point but continue to just lie there because I needed a massage as my body was Pretty tight. Then comes to hot stones.. She put hot stones on after leaving the room for 10 minutes, her phone not where she left it so I don’t know if she was taking the call or what, and it seemed like again, a kid was just playing around on my back. I’ve had Plenty of massages with hot stones, and she just roughly glided it pretty fast all over my body. Another lady comes in and they talk for five minutes, and then the lady closes the door loud The hot stones continue being rough, and the lady comes in who did the feet and continues to talk. They laughed and they joke. At this point, I told him I want an hour, and I’m not wanting to do the two hours. The ladies resume to talk, and the third one that came in for comes in again, and they all start talking I got up and Told them I don’t want to continue this and it was the worst experience. From the other reviews and people saying that this massage is relaxing in a good atmosphere, my experience was the opposite From hygiene concerns and not washing hands, to my foot being worse, to them laughing and taking phone calls, I do not recommend this place and I would avoid it at all costs
