  Had a wonderful experience at Nuages Spa for a special birthday treat. Spa Manager Yen was very accommodating and exerted so much effort to prepare the birthday surprise. The massage itself was also excellent, we were absolutely relaxed and enjoyed the luxurious service. Must recommend! 🫶🏻✨

  Oh wowo!!!! So ive been to so many luxurious spa’s and by far this is the second best for me. It beat four seasons in bangkok but still mandarin is my first. The thearpists as exceptional maybe better than all therapists; i want to thank mine who was a dream to me (thuy🤍) Truly sublime Thank you

  I was fortunate to have the opportunity to attend to this amazing spa for two nights whilst we stayed at hotel de la coupole. When we first arrived there is no availability on the day but they can fit me in anytime the next day. I booked everyone from the family, including two teenagers for our second day at the hotel! My husband and I enjoyed the unique Red Dao bath that’s only available in Sapa. It really helped you to feel back to normal after a whole day of trekking and before that a six hour journey to get to Sapa. Given how remote it is, I was not expecting the spa to be top notch but I was totally surprised! it was comparable to some treatments I had in other parts of the world that is considered best in the world such as four seasons in Maui! I want to thank my therapist in day one Noi who was so skilful that I actually fall asleep for a facial for the first time in my life! I want to thank May B who was my full body scrub and wrap therapist who made me feel so relaxed and my skin extra soft and lovely after 90 minutes. Finally Thuy from reception to show me around the rooms and so accommodating to me and my family. If we stay longer I would have come back for more treatments! Congratulations to the whole team for taking care of this beautiful spa and all your guests. You truly deserve to be called the best hotel spa in Vietnam! I wish to visit again when we are back in Sapa in the future!

  The best place to have your red dao bath. It’s the most expensive thing I’ve done in Vietnam but the facilities and service are 5 star world class (I’ve been to spas in Singapore and New York that offer these same services and facilities for $100s USD). I did an off menu combo of the 30 min bath and a 60 min massage for 1.290 VND ($50 USD)—which included lux bath slippers, a private shower, toilet, sink, and room. If it wasn’t foggy I would have been able to enjoy my massage with a view of the mountains. The massage itself was not very strong and I think my muscles were more relieved at Eden Massage Spa down the block. But you’re really paying for ambiance and the cleanest, most lux experience in Sa Pa. Senh was an amazing guide and readily provided tea and water. I also never felt rushed transitioning to different points of my therapy. Note; if you’re not staying at the hotel you can still get pool access which is on the same floor, before or after your spa treatments. It’s a very relaxing way to pass time on a foggy and gloomy day.

  Went here for my anniversary with my girlfriend. It was the best experience I have had at a spa. We did the couples special combo and it was so worth it. Tieng & Luyen were so great and provided a very special and memorable experience for the both of us!

  My hubby and I had OUR wedding anniversary pamper day at Sapa, Nuages Spa in Dec 2022, the front desk was very welcoming and we were amazed at the gorgeous design in that room, the red dao soak was a magic treatment that actually helps us with our soreness accompanied by 2 qualified therapist, imagine sapa and all the mountain walking we were on foot mostly. And this treatments helps sort out tight muscle and aching legs!! I will be making my next trip in a few days (april 23)and I will surely return to Nuages. THANK YOU HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💕

  I was not prepared for this wonderful experience as Vietnam generally (at least in my impression) is not known for their massages. This was well worth the splurge. Mai (A) and Luyen provided us with a very relaxing and soothing 90mins of the Voyage a Sapa massage.
