We had an amazing experience at Sapa Summit Spa! The manager was really friendly and gave us a great deal, which we appreciated. Honestly, we didn’t expect too much at first—but the service completely exceeded our expectations.place was clean and tidy very relaxing ❤️ We had a great şuna bath followed by an herbal bath and a full body massage, and it was all absolutely wonderful. The girls did an incredible job—so professional, caring, and skilled. We felt totally relaxed and taken care of. They also offered us tea, water bottles, and some light snacks both before and after the treatment, which made the whole experience even more special. Definitely worth every penny. If you’re in Sapa and looking to relax, this place is a must! We are from Melbourne.

We selected the 60-mins Head, Shoulder & Foot massage for 340K…. It was slightly more pricey but the experience of the Masseuse were quite good and it was quite relaxing. The place is busy with customers coming in and out but was not that affected. We gave 40k tips each…. And left happy!!

Went here twice due to the great service and really good massages. They offer tea upon arrival. On 1st occasion, I got the 60 min foot massage and pedicure. Foot massage was outstanding especially after a long day of sightseeing. On 2nd occasion, I got the 60 min full body massage which was also great. Furthermore, it was reasonably priced. I would go here again if in Sap again.

Places is clean. Has a lot of local customers. Very good leg massage , head and shoulder massage. For hair spa, please note they use nails while washing the hair no oils are used for head bath. This nail scrubbing without oils will leave the head a bit dry and itchy. So please check this before opting in. This was not informed to us before so rating 3. But definitely worth the visit for leg massage.

⚠️This place is a total scam that buys 5-star reviews, and it was hands down the worst spa experience I’ve ever had in my life. Do not be fooled by the high rating, this business offers a 10% discount in exchange for 5 stars, which is completely inauthentic and predatory. The Ambiance: The spa is located right on the main street near Sapa Station, and they kept the windows wide open during the session. Instead of relaxing music, all I heard was a constant barrage of honking, traffic, and people yelling into megaphones. On top of the noise, the AC was blasted so damn high that I was freezing the entire time. Also, the “massage table" was flimsy and there was no foam padding for your face, just a literal hole in the bed. My face actually hurt more than my body by the time I left. However, the one positive note is that the spa itself felt modern and clean, and the lobby area was beautiful and comfortable. The Technique: It is clear that the staff here are not professionally trained. The technique and pressure were all wrong, and they missed every actual tension point, making the experience genuinely uncomfortable. I am not exaggerating when I say that out of a "full body 90-min massage," they spent maybe 5 to 8 minutes on my back. None of it was deep tissue - it was just amateurish rubbing. Also, the "Stone Massage" is a total scam: I paid for an upcharge for hot stones, and it was a total rip-off. The stones provide zero depth or pressure compared to actual hands. To make matters worse, the stones were so scalding hot they felt like they were burning my skin. You end up paying more for the novelty, and it’s significantly less work for the masseuses. Lack of Professionalism: Throughout the partner massage, the masseuses kept talking and laughing with each other. At least 10% of my "service" time was spent with the lady away from the table entirely, either messing with the AC or prepping the stones. There were several periods of 1-2 minutes where I was just sitting there waiting. So in short: Sapa Summit Spa & Massage is a scam plain and simple. They are prioritizing fake reviews and upselling useless stone treatments over actual service quality and earning reviews on actual merit. Save your money and go literally anywhere else in Sapa.
