  Il trekking è stato super! Abbiamo scelto il percorso più impegnativo, e nonostante alcuni rocamboleschi passaggi nel fango a causa delle piogge dei giorni precedenti, possiamo dire che é fattibile. Le nostre guide erano uno spettacolo vivente, figlie del territorio e grande padronanza della lingua inglese. Soprattutto ironiche e davvero simpatiche. In loro aiuto, almeno per un tratto fino ai villaggi, troverete alcune donne locali che saranno così supportive e forti. La loro presenza è stata così determinante nel nostro percorso e una di queste é stata il mio angelo. Avrete la possibilità di noleggiare stivali di pioggia, se non volete usare le vostre sneakers. Anche il pranzo é stato davvero molto apprezzato. Complessivamente 7 ore ben spese per avere un idea a tutto tondo del contesto. Suggeriamo assolutamente di farne esperienza se siete a Sapa.

  You meet next to the chruch, check the photo they send you. A guide meets you and then seperates you into 8 people per local guide. You walk down, down, down..its steep and hard but worth it. You stop a couple of times at rest stops, where you can get a drink and fruit and maybe a toilet stop before heading to the final village for food (not a home, but traditional Hamong food). The ladies with baskets who help you are amazing and they will try to sell there wares at the second stop, we appreciated their help and bought something. We loved it and had very sore legs at the end. Walked 20,000 steps.

  Vu was an amazing guide. She has a great sense of humour, excellent English, and impressive local knowledge. Mostly, she was incredibly kind and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. I’d highly recommend the trek and would to do it again.
