  Very friendly and accomodating staff specially Gwain. We were on Sleeper Bus number two to Sapa in the morning of April 23,2026. It was a very smooth and safe journey! Thank you, Sapa Express. Definitely recommendable!

  Hanoi to Sapa our cabin bus was canceled due to not enough people, so we were placed on a luxury bus with recliner chairs. They refunded us the difference and made sure we got front row seats. Absolutely wonderful journey to Sapa. Stopped twice for breaks and the driver was very good 👍🏼 10/10 will be travelling with them again.

  Great experience. Clean comfortable. 25 min stop for food 10min stop a couple hours later. Would recommend. Headquarters in Hanoi have a waiting area in aircon and temporarily store bags before departure.

  What a nice trip ! ( from Hanoï to Sapa) Very confortable Bus and seats With much space for the legs. Professional Driver. **spécials thanks to THU from the Hanoï office for the organisation of my trip and the nice Seat she Booked for me. I will be using SAPA express on my way back and I do recommand that Compagny.

  Great customer service overall. They speak English well and are helpful. There is an uncle there who randomly scolds foreigners for no reason 😂 He’s actually helpful, just a bit arrogant and sarcastic — and he tells jokes that aren’t funny at all. The young lady, on the other hand, is super patient, kind, and really helpful, so she balances things out. I took the sleeping cabin bus. The bus itself is clean and comfortable. Not very fancy compared to buses like G8 or HK, but it’s the same price. The driver was great — I didn’t feel dizzy at all on the way to Sapa, which is impressive considering the mountain roads. Overall, good service, good driver, and a decent bus. Not luxurious, but a great ride.

  for day trips to Sa pa from Hanoi. The big busses with red seats are great very comfortable. However the white limousine are pretty bad especially if you are a tall person- no leg room and uncomfortable seats. It’s also quite cosy in case someone is sick / coughing, it might pass over to you.

  Ride from Hanoi to Sa Pa was great. Large bus with plenty leg room. But….on the way back they booked us in a “limousine” van, with 9 seats and honestly, seats in economy flight has more leg room. Shame on you Sapa express. And for others who wish to book, always take the larger buses and avoid the vans.
